Amazing walk in the history of the great artists of Rome! A true marvel of the Arts! I was very excited to be a part of that!

At the ticket office in Galeria Barberini, the employee informed me that my ticket was also valid for Galeria Corsinni. I went there and was not allowed in even though it was empty. The ticket agent even called Galeria Barberini and received a reply that the ticket was not valid. I am therefore dissatisfied with this treatment of customers.

The kindness of the staff. While I struggled to save the ticket. Doesn't the reservation system provide for paper printing of the ticket
Only digital ticket and what if the cell phone downloads?

I'm Italian, I don't know why I have to give an opinion in English.... Palazzo Barberini was a very confortabile walking in the art of baroc Age. A great collection quite hidden from the usual tourism router!

It was easy to meet the guide in front of the museum and very helpful to get me into the museum avoiding the long lines. The exhibit was outstanding.

It was much easier getting tickets into Galleria Barberini than the Bhorgese Gallery since 50 artworks have been moved from Bhorgese to Barberini. Very easy getting tickets online and you just show up at the Barberini venue. The paintings were amazing and so gorgeous which were set in an amazing palazzo. Bonus - Very nice bistro cafe upstairs at the gallery in the Barbetini palazzo gardens, so pretty and serene. Cafe was lovely and spacious at the lovely garden.

The Basilica is fantastic and is a must see for visitors to Rome. The basilica is a work of art containing many other works of art,
sculptures, paintings, mosaics. It makes you wonder at the time and resources invested in its construction and decoration. The guided tour was very good, I appreciated the comments and explanations given by the guide she spoke clearly and was open to questions.

Interesting exhibition, unfortunately impaired by some construction work.
Admission with the skip the line ticket was no problem!

I went there to admire the works of Caravaggio, which alone are worth a visit, not to mention Velasquez, a beautiful place that I recommend to anyone interested in art.

Easy to access meeting point and helpful host gave us all the information we needed. Friendy staff at bag drop off. Able to choose how long/ short a time in each room.
The more modern installations were a surprise. Information boards told us just enough without being long-winded. Restaurant a bit pricey, but much quieter than cafeteria, though portions a bit on large side for smaller appetites. Pleasant staff there too

I booked this before having a disability. With the fear of not being able to get around as good I debated to cancel. So glad I didn't. The staff at the venue was very accommodating and helpful and I am so glad I continued with this activity. The Art they have on view is magnificent if you are into Art.

In addition to the enriching exhibition, the garden is a unique place to take a break and enjoy the impressive Palazzo Barberini!

Visiting the Borghese is wonderful. The experience with Headout was not quite wonderful. My admission time was changed twice. That was inconvenient, especially because I had a reservation at the Vatican Museums later. It worked out ok but I didn't understand why a 'confirmed reservation' was changed.

some construction going on but it is all right. A bit far to walk to get to the pallazo if you come by bus but it wasn't that bad..
the art, the magnificent paintings, so many things too see and it was really enjoyable
excellent experience!

Beautiful exhibitions: Villa Giulia and Galleria Borghese. Skip tickets money spent for nothing. It was not necessary. Trip with Italo perfect.

The museum and its works are beautiful, and I had no problem getting my tickets to enter.
But, if I find it in bad taste that the second floor of the gallery is closed for remodeling and you have to pay an additional 5 euros to see the rest, totaling 40 euros.
You know about this situation, and the fact of not warning and not including the other museum is what I thought could have made it better, finally I paid almost triple the cost of the normal ticket for half of the museum.
