Jewel Cave Margaret River Guided Tour

Felt there were too many people and the opportunity to look where the Tasmanian tiger was was too quick to take photos as this is the 'main attraction'. In addition to having a lot of people I felt I was unable to move around to take photos. It was a good tour and, as with other tours, there were no small spaces to manoeuvre through/around

Claire was a great guide, informative, light hearted and made the experience very worthwhile. A really good thing to do when you're in the area.

We enjoyed the tour, but felt rushed, would have enjoyed it a lot more if there was another half an hour to have a good look around, be able to stop between platforms without being told to move along because there's another tour coming. Not blaming the guide for that, but the fact that the next tour is scheduled so soon. We spent seven hours on a return trip to come and see the cave, and would have appreciated a more leisurely pace to see more details

It was easy to book tickets online and to select our time frame. Our guide was very good , courteous and accomodated the young people well. The cave was amazing, much larger than you could imagine and colours and shapes of the formations a true wonder. i would recommend highly for a must do destination

My ticketing experience was flawless and quick with no issues . The tour itself was absolutely amazing. The guide was knowledgeable and inclusive of the entire group. It was a tough walk for some people up and down those hundreds of stairs but she made the tour seem effortless and managed to keep her large group together with minimal effort. A sign of her expertise. She was really patient and kind especially with the children making it fun and interactive. It was apparent that she loved her job. I apologise for not remembering the guides name as we did so many tours and the names all seemed to blend into one. Thank you.

The cave was spectacular and our guide, Peter, made it such a memorable experience with his incredibly infectious passion and explaining to us in a way that we were all engaged and holding onto his every word. Definitely a highlight of our tour of the South Western corner!

I did not appreciate booking an Australian tour in Australian dollars then being charged a transaction fee for supposed international transaction as Headout in based in Berlin Rediculous

Easy to book! Participated in a guided tour which started on time, guide was informative and cave was impressive to see. Very interesting!

The guide Tia was inclusive, well versed and patient. A gentle soul to help everyone cope with the beauty, history and far too many steps 🤣

Thought the tour was amazing haven't been in a cave since I was a kid and loved it! Made more enjoyable by our young guide I wish I could remember his name he also served us as we walked in he is a huge credit to the caves! Thank you Marcelle & Mark

Our guide "Ali" was informative and considerate of older guests. The cave was magnificent - not our first cave experience either but head and shoulders the best.

It helped me realise that the earth is older than I had appreciated. Also, the guide showed skill in handling the big group. She maintained very good management of some of the situations.

The cave was spectacular and we really enjoyed our visit The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the various geological formations while maintaining a sense of humour

We took our 3 teenage girls to Jewel cave. They had not seen any caves before. I loved the first view coming down the stairs and seeing the whole area lit up with twinkling lights. It was amazing. Our girls loved it!

What a fabulous experience at Jewel Cave! Such an amazing place! Digby was our tour guide and he was fabulous! Very informative and very funny. You could tell how passionate he was about the cave. Our two girls absolutely loved it as did we!

We booked in for 1:30pm tour and upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to join on the earlier slot! I am forever grateful we did as our tour guide (Jackson?) was fantastic and really made the whole experience even more incredible that it could have been. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout the whole tour made us laugh and even made us adults learn a thing or two. Could not recommend jewel cave tours enough !

Ticketing was straightforward and easy. Tour was informative and the guide had a sense of humour. It would have been better if there were more platforms for photo shoot opportunities.

Ticketing was very easy and no issues. Our guide (Sandra) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Engaged with all age groups in our group including international visitors.

Loved hearing about all the history about the cave. And loved when the lights got turned off.
