Pisa Monumental Complex: Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Museums & Baptistery Tickets

It's important to note that you don't need to pick up a ticket at the meeting point, the one shown in the app is valid. When you arrive in Pisa, go straight to the luggage office to leave your bags and backpacks and then go straight to the queue to enter the tower according to the time, it's very quiet and easy to use.

OK this is simple I am a Catholic and know about your silly church rules however you have painting and sculptures of semi if not naked men and women yet you want a woman to cover her shoulders to go in a church (just to think you critise other religions for things you don't agree with) You lot are barmy you are completely around the bend and truth is I wouldn't visit another Catholic church as long as I live. There's an old saying in the English language "People in Glass Houses Shouldn't Throw Stones" perhaps you should pay heed to it.

The organization with the entrance tickets was great. Everything went smoothly. The information was all clearly written on the ticket. The only negative was: The Baptistery was partially closed for renovations Part of the cathedral was closed on the left side. The renovation work was extremely loud in the cathedral. There was also some scaffolding in Campo Monsanto

I loved the ease of access, how well organized everything is. I spent several days in Italy and it was the best organization I have ever seen.

Of course the monuments themselves do not need any evaluation, the whole aerea is phenomenal and breathtaking. We found the ticketing with "headout" was very good and helpfull and certainly avoids waiting in line. It does pay to go early, we got there at ard 08:30h am which was ok, by the time we left ard 1300h, the whole area was packed.

I really enjoyed the experience, but I would like to highlight the understanding of the staff because I had a problem with the train that was taking me and I suffered a delay, but they understood and I was able to pass without problems.

You really noticed how crooked the tower is in real life when you were running up it. Sometimes you really had to hold on. Simply a great experience.

Leaning tower is one of the places I really wanted to visit. Grounds were immaculate, buildings all spectacular inside and out. Locker room easy to use.

All the tickets were combined. One thing that would have been good is to include the option to walk the city wall walk.

The meeting point was very confusing. The reservation states to meet at some spot that we couldn't even find when actually it should have stated to meet at the Tower entrance at the time specified on the ticket.

We bought the full complex tickets and thought it was good value for money! The camposanto and museo del opera palace were well worth the visit in particular. I would definitely recommend paying a bit extra for the full tickets instead of just the tower.

Ticketing worked flawlessly! Got there early and took plenty of pictures before the crowds showed up. So easy to just enter each location by presenting QR code.

The basillica was closed for a month and this was not disclosed when purchasing the ticket. Had I known I could not enter the basillica I would have only purchased the single tower ticket for half the price.

The grounds were very clean and the buildings interesting. I didn't like the crowds of people and the street vendors walking around selling junk.

Really enjoyed walking up the Tower. The experience is completely different to seeing it from the outside. Not only are the views of the rest of Pisa fantastic but the actual climbing experience is unusual given that half the way you are leaning in and the other half leaning out! The ticket itself was extremely simple as no collection needed just show your barcode on your phone at each entry point. Note you can not take bags of ANY kind up the tower but they offer a free locker system for anyone going up the tower very simply operated with the barcode on your ticket. This was a very simple and easy service that other places would charge for so I was impressed with this!

WISHED i WOULD HAVE READ YOU NEED A LOCKER AHEAD OF TIME THAT THERE WERE NO BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED. BUT THE GUARDS WERE NICE & LET US BACK IN AT THE HEAD OF THE LINE TO GET IN ONCE WE PUT OUR BAGS IN THE LOCKER.

Everything about my day at the Pisa monuments was wonderful, we visited early May so crowds and queues were very manageable and easy, the tickets on the Headout app was very ease to use and no other paperwork was required.

This was a last minute purchase for us and the package to get into all the venues made this a great value. Our Tower appt was mid afternoon, which gave us all morning to see the rest of the complex at our leisure. We finished our day with the Tower and appertivo at the museum. A great day trip from Florence!
