We had to wait for at least 25 minutes in the cold before getting into the museum. Your instructions of arriving there 15 minutes earlier along with a delay of getting into the building made us quite uncomfortable. Also, we thought this was a private tour, but it ended up as part of a teamof 13 people in total. I must admit the guide was good and she kept our interest throughout the tour

I received a cancellation notice from you two days before we were supposed to take a tour. We went to the meeting place anyway. Nobody showed up. I sent you two email requesting refund and never received any responses or refund.

For those of us who wear hearing aids because we are deaf, they should offer hearing aids that go over the ear instead of in the ear, because when we remove a hearing aid to hear the guide we hear all the ambient noise, which in this case was the noisy guides with school children.
In the case of the art at the Reina Sofia Museum, I would prefer anecdotes about the paintings, the museum and the painters rather than the guide's personal interpretation of the works.

The guide was not very professional, he was with a candy in his mouth listening to the audio guide. He repeated himself in the explanations and did not give the Gernika painting the importance it has, besides not explaining it properly.

I expected 90 minutes guided tour, but after 60 minutes we were left in the museum.
Furthermore the first 5-10 minutes were spend before we entered.
