Vienna Pass: 70+ Attractions

The audio guide fell far short of my expectation so that I stopped using it and purchased audio guides when available at venues.

Wasn't immediately obvious but we ended up with tickets for days 2, 3 and 4 when we really wanted day 1,2 ,3 and so ended up paying singly on day 1 for attractions included in Wien Pass .. No agents were available on helpline - waited 4 minutes listening to music to be then told to call back later! Audio guide which was your selling point was very limited use.

Using the QR code on your company's Headout app, we were unable to enter the tour. In order to rush for time, we had to buy tickets by ourselves. Your company must refund my ticket purchase fee, which totaled 35.8 EUR

Good welcome and explanations at the VIENNA PASS office. Convenient bus for getting around the city's "strategic" points.

We had 2 day Pass. It was convenient, but I’m not sure that the value it gives is worth the price. Because you have limited ability as a human to visit many places per day :) 2-3 spots per day - that’s normal, so that you don’t feel totally exhausted. So you feel unhappy that you could use much more from the pass, but there is not enough time in a day, especially when most of places work only till 5-6 p.m. Good thing is skip the line feature, very convenient. What is totally 0 value - included in pass audioguide. I wouldn’t recommend to take pass with audioguide, not worth it at all. Buy just pass. We didn’t use hop on bus at all, cause didn’t see on our routes where are the stops. Vienna metro system is just perfect and fulfilled all our needs. So in general - not bad, but that feeling ’didn’t i pay too much’ is quite strong...Especially when some places appeared to be free entrance for children...
