From Athens: Temple of Poseidon & Cape Sounion Sunset Tour

the guide! Angelina was very knowlegeable and nice. She summarized the most relevant stuff and put it into context for us.

It is a very beautiful experience to see this place at sunset. Sitting and contemplating the view of the sea from this temple is amazing!

Our guide Maria was awesome! Msg us before the start of tour on the pick up time and destination. Attentive throughout the entire tour~

A beautiful tour with magnificent scenery, Maria, our guide, very friendly, smiling and accessible, the driver smiling, great driving and playlist (we weren't far, the music isn't loud)!!! Important: sit on the opposite side of the window from the driver to make the most of the coast on the outward journey! Downside: the GPS link for the meeting sent us to the other side of the meeting place... But Maria phoned us and sent messages to help us! The café/restaurant on site is very nice, the waiters are very busy, lots of buses at the same time, but they keep smiling. We tried the fried feta with sesame seeds, very good, with a little tomato sauce with honey.

Maria and the driver of the coach were Brillant hosts ! Professional and friendly . Very helpful and explained everything fully answering all. Questions . Highly recommend this tour . Thank you Rebekah Millington and Erin

Wonderful experience! Cape Sounion a dream but the excursion was made more enjoyable by our guides, and the 'driver, really nice and always available for any request! The guides knew how to integrate very well all the information we were given by the audio guides given to us at the beginning of the excursion! I highly recommend the purchase of this beautiful experience!

Booked for a day out but if I had my time in athens again I would have probaby prioritised other things as whilst the setting of the temple is impresssive it's a long way and after youve seen the Parthenon this pales in to insignificance. We also had a grey /cloudy day so perhaps with a sunset it would have been better but alas for us not

All well organized staff both on the ground and on the bus very attentive to people.Only downside I forgot my backpack on the bus.Otherwise nothing to say all positive.

Lo spettacolo del tramonto dal tempio è stupendo ma c'è molta coda alla biglietteria. Suggerisco di includere i biglietti nel costo del tour in modo da far entrare il gruppo direttamente. Il resto dell'organizzazione tutto bene.

The guides, bus driver and hostess, were very involved in this outing and shared their knowledge with us. The seaside tour was an interesting way to discover the coast between Athens and Cape Sounion. The site of the Temple of Poseidon is magnificent, and we'll keep it in our memories. Thank you so much! Brilliant hassle free way of getting to see the Temple of Poseidon when in Athens - guide was terrific and it was very reasonably priced

The trip was very easy to book on line. Nearer the date of our booking, the weather forecast indicated that there would be rain so using the app, a reschedule was a really simple task to perform. On the day of the trip, our guide Erin was waiting at our stop. She was friendly and gave us lots of information throughout the trip in addition to the on board audio guide. The temple visit was great and facilities at the cafe good. All in all a very enjoyable trip.

Perfectly organized. Good friendly guide and excellent driver. It would have been better had the guide also accompanied the group up to the temple itself and say shown Byron's signature etc

Staff was really amazing. They even let us stay inside another bus when we got there early because it was cold outside and they guide us to the other bus. They took care of us when we were at the attraction.

Was told to hurry up and run I should have gone to the toilet before the tour we had to walk Athens and catch a train to meet the bus and have to pay again at the monument. Bus then stopped for photos at some lakenthen stat their and reved it basically saying hurry up.. Having to pay again to walk around told to listen to the audio carefully. 1:15 mins at the site. Bus, busbwas late getting back due to traffic busy. We missed our dinner resvations because of this. Traffic should be taken into account. Then the guide started questioning us on the audio like we were at school. Very unprofessional. Terrible tour.. Plus you made it sound like we were going too two places when we were not. 3 out of ten rubbish really. It cost me more money because of train and dinner and monument. Plus I had to run.. Young man great young lady shit.

Our tour guide Angelina was the best . She made the trip so interesting and made sure we are well informed. She was so helpful and offered to keep our food as we went to View the site. Not forgetting our driver John amazing trip indeed.

Magical temple site not to be missed. Comfortable coach with knowledgable guide, wonderful to experience a little of the stunning coastline of Greece and distant islands.

The trip and guide was fine but the trip was sold as a sunset experience- a couple of minutes before the expected sunset two men started blowing their whistles and shooing everyone off the site.. I thought it was quite rude behaviour and meant we weren't able to enjoy sunset at all. Such a shame and completely unnecessary to treat visitors in that way.
