We loved all of the chambers and the salt statues on every level.The English Guide was very good and entertaining made the trip interesting!

The venue defied logic we were amazed at the magnitude of how low under ground it actually went and the construction was of magnificent proportions

A Great and Informative Experience The tour was overall a very enjoyable experience! The tour lady was incredibly friendly and made an effort to keep things engaging throughout. The amount of information shared during the tour was impressive and added a lot of value to the visit. That said, there were a couple of logistical hiccups. The car park wasn’t immediately obvious upon arrival as the coach parking dominated the area. Thankfully, we eventually found it located behind the coach parking area. Additionally, the instructions for the meeting point were a bit unclear, as it was labeled with someone’s name, but it turned out to be the main entrance. A little more clarity on this would have been helpful. On the bright side, check-in was quick and easy—just a ticket scan with no need to show ID. I would highly recommend booking this tour for the morning or late afternoon as it lasts 2.5 hours. Be prepared for a fair amount of walking and warm conditions inside, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and well worth it. Definitely recommend!

Everything went according to appointment. It was very crowded but still we were inside very quickly. The tour itself was incredibly interesting. The guide was very easy to understand, very knowledgeable and had a lot of humor. In short, highly recommended.

Planning, guidance, tour... all top... We had fun because our guide was so funny... She spoke very good German and we will never forget this experience... An absolute MUST... You won't see anything like this anywhere else! Simply amazing. It would also be advisable for the guide to have a microphone so that the group of about 25 people can understand everything!!! Otherwise: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👌

Alles sehr gut organisiert, flüssige Abwicklung. Toll ausgestattete Sehenswürdigkeit. Aufgrund der Gruppengröße war die Führerin nicht immer für alle gut zu verstehen, außerdem war der räumliche und zeitliche Abstand zu den andere Gruppen etwas gering. Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

What an amazing place to visit, not too be missed! Lots of walking and a queue for the lift at the end but very much worth it! The Headout tickets allowed skipping the ticket queue and worked straight from the app but were a little more expensive than buying on site and queuing.

The guide Kryztof was very nice and he explained all the interesting facts about life in the mine. We will definitely recommend this visit to everyone. It was amazing to see how deep was the mine and the chambers over there.
