Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Tickets

It was not always easy to hear the tour guide and keep up, particularly at the Schindler's Factory. Also, we booked to start our tour at 3.20pm and arrived on time as it said if you are late you miss out, yet we were kept waiting until 3.45 because of people who were late!!! That was annoying!!

Our guide was great and like all the attractions we did in Krakow it mixed history, technical prowess and beauty!!! Thanks for a great visit :)

Due to traffic delays, we were delayed 10 minutes and thus slightly late to the assembly point. Nevertheless, we were waited for and given instructions by phone on where to report (as soon as possible). Our tour guide afterwards was very calm, clear and funny.

Loved the Saltmines..deffo worth the visit and did not disappoint , tickets on Headout App .. no problem ..5 star service and will recommend 😀

The giude was amazing she explained it so well and I had so much fun listening to her speak and she was very down to earth

It was an interesting walk (long walk) and guide was really nice and helpfull. Museum after mine visit was quite interesting too.

Incredible place.....what a monument to the industriousness of working people through the centuries...172 MTRS down and a huge chapel,lakes,restaurant!!!!!!! Amazing

It was a fabulous visit and we're delighted we made the effort. The guide was well informed and did a great job explaining the history. It was really surreal to be in a 700 year old salt mine with 350 kilomotres of tunnels and tracks and see the amazing sculptures in the cathedral and elsewhere. Great job you guys!

We loved everything! The guide was really nice and explained really well, the tour covered beautiful sites within the mine and lasted for around two hours. We really recommend it!

The salt mines tour was really interesting and the English speaking guide was fantastic. There is a reasonable amount of walking. Well worth a visit

The location is extraordinary, and we never lost track of time. The service was perfect, given the number of visitors. The French-speaking guide was excellent. A place I'd never heard of, not to be missed on a trip to Krakow.

Great service, reliable, and easy to book an outing on Headout . Salt Mines is well worth seeing, but if you are thinking of going to Auschwitz aswell, I would visit Auschwitz first and Salt Mine second, reason being, alot of steps (800) to decent in Salt Mines, can effect the back of your legs if you are not used to it. Auschwitz is flat walking.

Entry to the mines was very straightforward and easy. The tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. The mines themselves were fantastic Only negative? Being crammed into the lift at the end

The tour to the salt mines is highly recommended. But undoubtedly, the most recommendable thing is the attention we received from our contact to provide us with the tickets and help us with the access: GRZEGORZ REISER. Due to problems with transportation to the meeting point, we could not arrive at the agreed time, so we already gave the reservation for lost; but he contacted us by whatsapp, did not wait for + 20 minutes, helped us to locate our entrance line, and also was waiting until he checked that we could access with the tickets he had provided us. In addition, he gave us tips on places to eat, drink something..... The pity is that we were already leaving the next day back home, otherwise we would not hesitate to call him for anything else. However, we will do so the day we return to Krakow (which we will).

At the entrance there was no signage for the entrance without a queue, so we stood in a long queue. I was there a few years ago and then we went to other places that were not on this tour. For example, the area where you can see the work of the prisoners in World War II and there is a Star of David carved by a Jewish prisone I remember there were other interesting and beautiful places that we didn't see on this tour. I must say that the instructor was very good, pleasant, and very professional.

There were of it the group some late due to unclear meeting place. Had signed up with guide I got app reminder that we had excursion. So people were not on time so we waited outside in the cold/rain and started at least half an hour later. Tour and guide was perfect. Reception and communication was poor.

If you haven't been you definitely should to tick it off the bucket list. However, it is a long tour with hard flooring throughout so it's not everyone.
