Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Tickets

A Great and Informative Experience The tour was overall a very enjoyable experience! The tour lady was incredibly friendly and made an effort to keep things engaging throughout. The amount of information shared during the tour was impressive and added a lot of value to the visit. That said, there were a couple of logistical hiccups. The car park wasn’t immediately obvious upon arrival as the coach parking dominated the area. Thankfully, we eventually found it located behind the coach parking area. Additionally, the instructions for the meeting point were a bit unclear, as it was labeled with someone’s name, but it turned out to be the main entrance. A little more clarity on this would have been helpful. On the bright side, check-in was quick and easy—just a ticket scan with no need to show ID. I would highly recommend booking this tour for the morning or late afternoon as it lasts 2.5 hours. Be prepared for a fair amount of walking and warm conditions inside, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and well worth it. Definitely recommend!

The place is extraordinary! I wasn't expecting this... the tour was very well organized, and the French-speaking guide was top-notch.

I liked that I didn't have to wait the line. But the transfer of the tickets was successful only by a coincidence and little more instructions as to "some person will call your name in front of the main entrance" would be helpful.

Absolutely Fabulous experience. Sights that I will never forget! Our guide was brilliant. She was very descriptive about the mine's past and very engaging. If you are in Poland, this is a must!

Everything went according to appointment. It was very crowded but still we were inside very quickly. The tour itself was incredibly interesting. The guide was very easy to understand, very knowledgeable and had a lot of humor. In short, highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful. I did enjoy all the stairs going down the mine. Guide was very good. I did like a lot the museum and the small lift.

Planning, guidance, tour... all top... We had fun because our guide was so funny... She spoke very good German and we will never forget this experience... An absolute MUST... You won't see anything like this anywhere else! Simply amazing. It would also be advisable for the guide to have a microphone so that the group of about 25 people can understand everything!!! Otherwise: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👌

It was a bit annoying when you have to wait 3-4h for ticket reservation confirmation. Beside that expirience in the mine was amazing and our guide was really amusing and comunicative.

The system of ordering tickets was very easy and comfortable. The lady who guided our group was very polite, she didn´t mind crying children and tried to help ( borrowed them lights and made them their colleagues) and gave us interesting facts - enough to get the basics.

Why specify "ticket coup file" only to arrive in a crowd in front of the French ticket office? What's more, the ticket did not indicate the meeting point, which we found thanks to the directions of a tourist we met on site. The meeting point was on the hill behind the parking lot. Even though the lady at the entrance to the parking lot seemed to be giving us directions to the meeting point, we didn't understand the directions in English. But otherwise the visit went very well, the guide explained the anecdotes and the history of the salt mine very well. A great visit. It would also be a good idea to mention on the ticket that there's paid parking on site, or to include it in the price of the ticket for those who want it.

I had a perfect experience with the Wieliczka Salt Mine tour. The ticket provided in PDF was the actual ticket for the tour, so there were no issues at all. We simply waited in line according to our selected language, and the guide fetched us right on time. The tour itself was unique and fascinating, offering a one-of-a-kind experience. Be prepared for a lot of walking, but there is a lift at the end of the tour, which was a great relief. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend this tour!

My guide was great, we weren't that cold inside. It was even warmer than outside. It's a place I'd recommend. It's easy to get to by streetcar!

The main comment concerns stair access for a person with some mobility difficulties. A ramp on only one side of the stairs, even though these stairs are used in both directions, up and down.

At the end of the guided section there was an extremely long walk to the lift. No individual audio guide . Difficult to hear the guide in such a large group.

I liked it very much, the tour guide explained everything excellently and was super professional and the customer experience with you was wonderful.

The entire tour was fantastic and the tour guide who is a pretty young girl is fantastic and explained all the things in a superb way. I can definitely give 10 out of 10. I would strongly recommend anyone to take this tour .

The scale of the mines done many centuries ago, excellent narration by Agneska, could have had more value by using headset controlled by radio to listening experience
