Extremely well organised, especially when it comes to the communication upfront (where and when to meet, what to bring etc).

Ioana was very helpful with the organisation and taking us to the parliament building. The guide inside was also helpful, but he was in a rush and so the tour itself lasted only 30 minutes.

We had booked the villa and parliament combination. The communication and organization worked perfectly for both tours. We were particularly grateful that they waited for us at the villa, even though we were clearly too late. Thanks again for that! It was the first, but definitely not the last time with Headout

I was impressed by the palace. I recommend the visit, also because it is not possible to take pictures. A palace that has stood still in time. Tickets were hand delivered at the entrance, impeccable service.

My guide complained about not answering my phone about 10 minutes before the meet area. I wasn't checking my phone, but I arrived at the meet area exactly at the time designated and didn't hold anyone up. Also I don't feel the value was justified. I thought the guide was actually going to conduct the tour. The only purpose of this it appeared was handle bringing the group inside and fetching the tickets, and for that, ended up paying over 3x the cost of getting it myself. Yes, the process to getting a ticket is weird where you had to call 24 hours in advance which was hard to do on the weekend. The tour itself was only about 35 minutes when it was said it would be an hour. Much of that hour was spent waiting around in the lobby area.

The guide was outstanding. Knowledgeable and passionate, and an inspiration. If all young people in Romania have her vision and empathy then the future will be bright.

Lawrence was a good guide, knowledgeable, interesting stories, i spend my time with pleasure and I got information about the history of the Parliament house and Romanian history. Excellent.

The tour did feel a little rushed but you have to consider that this is a working Government building so they are limited. With that said, what we were shown was very impressive and our guide was clear and informative, even though he was disrupted by other workers carrying food trays around! I would still recommend the tour to everyone.

The guide at the Parliament was excellent, she knew all about the history of the building and the country. Her explanations and personal stories were of great value to us.

Clear instructions and loved the visit of house of Parliament in Bucharest. I get the fact that it's convenient to make a group on WhatsApp, but I don't like that. Also the rudeness of people who were being warned about not being late for the tour and still sending messages like: can you wait ten minutes or 5.

The tour guide Ana Maria , was amazing , professional and attentive to everyone and everything! She give us a great tour with a lot of details ! I strongly recommend her !

We had to wait around 20 minutes before the tour starts despite the fact that I already paid 20 euros for the skip the line ticket. The tour lasted less than an hour and we only saw a small part from the parliament and not a single glimpse of another floor. The tour was guided but the guide was a man from the parliament not from the office.

The tour of the palace was interesting, the organization via the portal didn't work at all, we had to improvise frantically

The person at the agency was very unpleasant because the GPS couldn't find the address of the meeting point, which was my fault because I hadn't read her messages. On the other hand I contacted her and told her where we were, she replied not to move and that she was coming to pick us up, so I'm still waiting. Very stressed and unpleasant person. On the other hand, the guide was wonderful, pleasant, clear and precise, a real pleasure.

Our ticketing experience was great! Even though we got delayed and arrived after the designated time, a very helpful person was waiting for us and made sure (in the range of her capabilities) that we did not miss the tour! The activity was fine.

Loved the tour, only thing was the tour actually starts about 1km from the actual palace..we were a tad late and had to meet the group at the Palace.. not a big issue at all but if you were elderly or disabled you would be caught out..Well worth a sconce..

A good and knowledgeable guide, I think in general it is a very interesting visit to plan for those visiting Bucharest.

The guide was very nice he explain us everything. Parliament was very nice but i would like to see more rooms in the Parliament

One we got into the Palace of Parliament, it was vast and very impressive and an interesting tour with the Palace guide. However the meeting arrangements were a bit of a shambles. We were at the appointed spot at the appropriate time but it was ages before someone collected us and took us to the parliament building - and this was only after various Whatsapp messages and waiting arround for 30 minutes.
