Prague is beautiful and very rich is history and culture. Lots to do and see. Easy to get around. Me and my girlfriend loved the castle 🏰 the area too, an amazing day out, very historical, very nice fun tour guide before you go into the castle 🏰 This is a must see day out.

A beautiful visit to the cathedral and the royal palace . One negative note was the cold inside the cathedral as well as having to stand in line for a long time to get in. The staff who gave us the tickets were very kind and helpful in acelecting the route to follow.

Everything was fine. We bought the tickets online, so as not to queue, which in December is very large. They were tickets without guide, even so when we came to get the tickets we were given a little speech about the history of the cathedral. The experience was very positive.

We loved the visit to the Prague Castle complex. It was brilliant to book the ticket in advance then just meet in the (vast) courtyard at the time. We even got a brief introduction from one of the spirited (even in October) and deeply knowledgeable guides. Thank you!

The climb up the tower with its view of the entire old town square and, above all, the explanation of how the clock works.

Buying tickets was easy but there needs to be more information stating that the time selected is the latest time of arrival before the purchase is complete. You should then be able to select a different time/date if you want. The orientation talk was quite useful. The guides at the redemption point were really helpful and polite. Prague Castle is pretty special and having access to the four main areas enhanced the whole place.

What an amazing site to experience in such a beautiful setting. Learning about such a rich history and seeing how royalty, and prisoners, lived is something to behold.

The attraction was amazing the guide Steve (Canadian) gave up a 15 min briefing at the start of the tour and this was fantastic! Gave you depth of knowledge of what you were touring at the castle

Ticket experience was excellent! It was extremely hot on the day we went but what an incredible sight! We never really figured out the listening tour part but that is also because we rushed through due to heat. I recommend if you go in summer, take a small fan! If we ever get back we would definitely go again!

Everything was very clear. The response given at the point of information delivery was good. The guide with the umbrella who spent several minutes explaining to us about several points was very entertaining and the explanations were good. The place is charming, charming and most magical. Firstly I would like to say it was easy to find our guide who was lovely and funny and very informative. We started our day with the changeing of the guard which was very impressive. Then we went to the cathedral which took my breath away. Even though I felt like the whole world was in the que. It was quite peaceful inside. The old Palace was amazing the views over prauge was outstanding. To find out about how the stsir case was made so horses could entre amused me alot. The basilica was beautiful even today. The golden lane was truly wonderful so much to see and all the small quirky shops were worth the walk around. We finished with a flagrant walk in the gardens.

Everything was very easy and they did what they said they would. We bought online, found the representative quickly, he explained everything, provided the audio guide and the experience was very good.

The tour is magnificent. There's a lot to discover. On the other hand, the booking system is unclear, and you don't really know who to contact, or why there's a compulsory timetable when the ticket is valid for 2 days. The pseudo-guidance system with downloadable audiophone is obscure, the content is minimalist and incomplete, and the menu anything but practical! The order of the commentary does not correspond to the order of the visit. What's more, despite a hefty price tag (€34), you don't have access to the entire site.
