It was a 'magnificent experience, being able to look at paintings by great painters.The gallery is really very large.Everything beautiful.I booked tickets in the evening. In the morning we went in right away without waiting.

Excellent communication from the guide and very friendly. The visit was fabulous and because of the low season we were able to be very close to most of the works. An excellent experience and a very good option for those who plan to visit the museum.

The ticketeting experience was user friendly and with so many people excited to see the Academia in Florence, it is very helpful to have pre-booked tickets and tour. I particularly like having the reminders texted to me. One recommendation is to have the option to add the ticket to the Apple wallet BEFORE arriving. I chose not to print my ticket and my connection was not very strong so it was a little hassle to get the voucher for the ticket. Of course your communication was good. However I am traveling and managing many sets of tickets and multiple tours in different cities.

Very worthwhile, many beautiful things together in beautiful surroundings. The indoor catering area looked rather neglected in terms of maintenance and appearance. Staff very friendly.

It's an experience one can never erase from the memory. It's a museum fully of breath taking works of art ❤️❤️

The museum was amazing. There were so many paintings and sculptures that it was impossible to cover them all within a day. Some masterpieces were breathtaking. The audio guide was really helpful for us to understand the exhibits better.

It was a memorable experience, the time we saved waiting in long lines was spent enjoying the wonders offered by the gallery, especially admiring the David!

The visit was sensational! The possibility of choosing the time of the visit was a great option, as I could choose the time when there were fewer people.

1st. We had accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong dat and we were in Florence for only 1 day. The owner found out what happened and made it possible for us to enter. One of the main highlights of our trip. I highly recommend them and Thank you for a Great Experience!!! Ciao!

Timed entry ticket in hand you line up at the specified time and are let in. Do not expect to go in at the exact time stated on the ticket. There are still long lines. That is something you need to accept. Once in through security, let the art dazzle. When you see Michelangelo's David, it's a wow moment. Yes there will be crowds but everybody was respectful of each other and you will get a chance to take your pictures. Absolutely amazing.

The main attraction that we wanted to visit was David but the sculpture room was breathtaking! We could not find the time we wanted on the Accademia website but we were able to secure it through HeadOut. The Headout office is just across the street from the main entrance and the staff were extremely friendly.

There was so much more than David which was itself awesome to see up close The other works of art were also stunningly beautiful Also there was an exhibit on period musical instruments which I enjoyed An added bonus was listening to a harpsichordist playing the instrument for us Sadly we couldn't attend his recital that evening

I liked it a lot, everything was so beautiful، was like a dream, from my point of view the most beautiful museums in the world are in Florence.

Quite confusing to find the correct line. Staf are quite abrupt & stand-offish (probably because of dealing with hoards of inquisitve visitors everyday!) The way we were guided though the gallery ensured we did not miss anything. David is stunningly, breathtakingly beautiful- as expected

Seeing the David with your own eyes is really incredible, the size, details and shape is indescribable. In addition, the paintings found in the gallery are very beautiful, deep and with impressive nuances, it is worth entering and admiring the art found there.

Purchasing the ticket was efficient, along with instructions for redeeming the voucher for the actual ticket at the ticket desk. The staff at the Accademia was very professional and we were inside and seeing the beautiful art and sculpture at the appointed time. The line moved quickly. I would use headout without worry again!

Seeing the real David, Michelangelo's "unfinished" sculptures and other works was priceless. However, our guide had a very strong accent and we only understood about 20% of what she said.
