The bus route was good for showing you around the area although sometimes the earphone socket did not work so you missed some of the commentary. My main complaint is that when you used the free drink ticket at St Stephens platz Christmas market you paid a deposit on the mug but they refused too give you a refund when you took the mugs back so in effect you are paying for your drink

A hop on hop off bus stop location was conveniently located just outside where our Viking River Cruise ship was docked. The maps of the routes are very easy to read. The information about the city mixed with local music was very interesting. This is a great way to learn about the city and its history while navigating popular places to visit.

We really liked the fact that you can get off at any station and continue at any time. It was also very informative and interesting👍

We particularly liked the fact that we saw so much of Vienna. That would not have been possible otherwise. We were also lucky enough to always have a seat at the very front of the bus on our trips and therefore had the best view. We were even able to take nice photos because the windshield was relatively clean. Another thing I noticed was the friendly staff and drivers, who were very happy when we said we liked it. The ticket booking and apps were also wonderful. We would happily book the trips again and again and can highly recommend it!

Dear Sir or Madam Unfortunately, the blue line did not make the long round trip in the morning but went directly from the main station to the opera. As we were not aware of this and had not found any information in the brochure, we had to change our planned itinerary for the day. Furthermore, we wish that the different lines (blue or red) could be recognized from the outside of the bus.

Great heat, if you want to sit upstairs to see better , there is a covered part to keep out of the sun but the windows are completely sealed and it was very hot we were coming down soaking wet from sweating. If you sit in the back uncovered you can breathe but get sunburnt. Down below there are few seats and visibility ft restricted. Crowded, you can't really choose your seat.

It gives you a quick impression of the city and the sights. Very nice with the background music. Lots of information about the history too.

A perfect tour all round. We did both routes and really enjoyed it. Will definitely do further tours in other cities with the Hop in Hop Off bus. The information you can listen to on the tour via the headphones is also really very good.

Very nice to be taken to learn about the history of Vienna's various monuments with the ability to go down and up at one's leisure.

Very nice way to explore Vienna and well worth it. However, what could be better is that without wifi you cannot see when the bus is coming. This did cause us to lose time. Also, we were often standing still at crossroads. But all in all we were able to see enough of the city.

Ticketing was easy. The driver was helpful. It took us a bit before we figured out how to find the first stop and get started - but then it was very easy. The recordings were loud, clear and interesting. Lots of flexibility. We enjoyed sitting on the top which had a sun cover, then later when it got hotter, the lower level was cooler. I would recommend this hop-on, hop-off if you only have a short time in Vienna and want to hit major sights, or to get started in the city and decide where you want to spend more time later.

A great way to see the sights in Wien! Frequent buses, audio commentary along the way was v good. Buses modern and clean and comfortable.

I took Red and Blue bus totes in one day. It wasy first day in Vienna, it gav e me a good chance to get general orientation and took me to all important landmarks.( Except a few with are in the ancient part of town, like Stephen Cathedral ) The audio was in perfect sync with the sites we were passing by. Vienna has a beautiful wide main streets and we could see all the beautiful sites Highly recommend if you are a first timer!

It was nice to have the audio to give information as we were riding around. The only change is that it was very hot and not all the buses had air conditioning which made it hard to ride.

It was nice and easy, booked tickets just while having coffee outside, no issues to jump to big bus hop on/hop off as well as to panoramic wheel. The price was lower than if you buy same package at big bus tour for example. So, recommended (c)

We only had one day in Vienna, hopping on and off the bus brought us to ALL the landmarks and we got the most beautiful photos to take home as memories. I will defenitely recommend this if you have limited time to explore the city.

I was happy finding less expensive tickets. Got the confirmation but the price I was charged is nowhere to be seen. Other than that great experience

Good routes and good audio tour. It was 32 degrees outside so the buses got very warm, opening windows helped a little but the glass roof kept the heat inside.
