Big Bus: Vienna Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

Very nice to be taken to learn about the history of Vienna's various monuments with the ability to go down and up at one's leisure.

We only had one day in Vienna, hopping on and off the bus brought us to ALL the landmarks and we got the most beautiful photos to take home as memories. I will defenitely recommend this if you have limited time to explore the city.

All good, two different lines.

The tour proposal...the information and content offered and the form and voices that make it enjoyable. The driver's responsibility while driving, the cleanliness of the bus, and the politeness of the staff.

The last time the bus was due to arrive was not exact (two different times in two leaflets). As a result, we had to wait 40 minutes and the bus never arrived.

Despite our voucher telling us that all we had to do was present it to get our tickets that was not the case. The very helpful Hop On/Hop Off man could not do it and we had to retrieve your e mail and then he accessed the system then to get a QR code which then allowed the tickets to be printed. This took about 15 minutes. The tour was excellent.

Staff was very Great! Staff was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Wish the app had a section where how much time we have for the next bus to arrive along with wait times at stops. Other than that, we would use this service again.

Customer support is doing a good job, easy to reach and communicate, which is very important in case of any issues. Really appreciate the support.

Everything is perfectly organized, from the clear location of the bus stops to the additional offers or those included in the tour.

I had a hiccup in the purchase of the ticket caused by my credit card company and, although I had no responsibility for it, Headout handled it impeccably. I can only thank them.

The bus route was good for showing you around the area although sometimes the earphone socket did not work so you missed some of the commentary. My main complaint is that when you used the free drink ticket at St Stephens platz Christmas market you paid a deposit on the mug but they refused too give you a refund when you took the mugs back so in effect you are paying for your drink

A hop on hop off bus stop location was conveniently located just outside where our Viking River Cruise ship was docked. The maps of the routes are very easy to read. The information about the city mixed with local music was very interesting. This is a great way to learn about the city and its history while navigating popular places to visit.

We really liked the fact that you can get off at any station and continue at any time. It was also very informative and interesting👍

We particularly liked the fact that we saw so much of Vienna. That would not have been possible otherwise. We were also lucky enough to always have a seat at the very front of the bus on our trips and therefore had the best view. We were even able to take nice photos because the windshield was relatively clean. Another thing I noticed was the friendly staff and drivers, who were very happy when we said we liked it. The ticket booking and apps were also wonderful. We would happily book the trips again and again and can highly recommend it!

Dear Sir or Madam Unfortunately, the blue line did not make the long round trip in the morning but went directly from the main station to the opera. As we were not aware of this and had not found any information in the brochure, we had to change our planned itinerary for the day. Furthermore, we wish that the different lines (blue or red) could be recognized from the outside of the bus.

Great heat, if you want to sit upstairs to see better , there is a covered part to keep out of the sun but the windows are completely sealed and it was very hot we were coming down soaking wet from sweating. If you sit in the back uncovered you can breathe but get sunburnt. Down below there are few seats and visibility ft restricted. Crowded, you can't really choose your seat.

It gives you a quick impression of the city and the sights. Very nice with the background music. Lots of information about the history too.
