From Pompeii: Mount Vesuvius Skip-the-Line Tickets with Round-Trip Transfers

Prompt and efficient service with comfortable minibus to the crater.

The reception of the hostesses for the reservation, which had not been transmitted correctly but which was effective. Timetable respected. My advice: Arrive early at Pompei scavi station. To meet at 13:00, take the 11:44 train to Naples.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. They could offer headphones to listen to the audio guide (which is a mobile phone), more comfortably.

Loved the activity, it was a much longer walk than a few hundred steps though but bus did get us really close. Start place was easy to find and they brought us back to where we started. There was no volcanoligist to take us to the rim howere, you just walk up there, anyone can go so didn't need to upgrade and didn't need the skip the line upgrade as there was no separate place, everyone goes thru the same way.

It was great! The transfer, the ascent to Vesuvius is done in half an hour plus an explanation with a vulcanologist for explanations on Vesuvius stroll around the crater was really great plus the view over the bay of Naples was great !!!

The volcano trip was good. Direct to the location and had fun. ......But the other trip the guide tour at the ruins was bad due to the guide. He was awful. With kids in the group instead of providing more facts that all ages could enjoy, the guide was consistently referring to sexual behaviors. Very disappointing

Poor organisation, chaos at the venue, no communication at all

It was good that we got dropped off at pompeii scavi train station on the way back. Saved us a 25 minute walk.

Everything worked perfectly - pickup, drive to Vesuvius etc.

Pick-up was great, the time on site was short. And it was actually just a bus service there and back
