Smooth process, less queues in the morning. Nice museum before you go up. Stunning views over both new and old part of Dubai. Fountain in the front. Park nearby to sit and relax. Overall a great experience.

Instant confirmation for the tickets, the attraction was moderately crowded but headout already informed us of this , appreciate that. The frame was exceptional, the city view from the top and from the elevator, the walkable glass, it was a great experience

It was lovely to see Dubai through a different lens and from the height of the Dubai Frame. It is resonalblly priced and you can take a lovely walk through the park afterwards.

During my visit to Musandam, I had an incredible experience exploring its breathtaking landscapes. The journey by boat was mesmerizing, with the vast ocean stretching endlessly under the clear blue sky. The sight of the white stone cliffs rising dramatically from the blue waters was truly captivating. As the boat glided smoothly, I enjoyed the cool breeze and the serene beauty of the surroundings. The highlight of the trip was a delicious buffet lunch, offering a variety of fruits & juces. The entire experience was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and scenic beauty, making it a memorable getaway.

Nice views but the experience was marred by too many people being allowed up there. Very noisy and there were some rather inconsiderate visitors. The staff and security folks just stood by and did not do anything about it.

Maintaining clean and pretty good. And i feel may add some elements add on. Felt like its ended just like that. May add small free souvenir or drink for the ticket we paid for. I bought the agrilic photo frame for AED100 i feel little too much the cost we are 3 of us from Malaysia.

The ticket mentions 4PM. I had purchased a slot. But they didn't care. Everyone has to go in same line. I was told 2 hours. We stood for more than an hour inspiye of mention at 4 PM. Why mention the time of not followed

The experience was excellent. Our guide Saqid was great, answered all our questions and was very friendly. We will definitely repeat this experience if we return to Dubai

The see through floor at the top and views! The staff was very nice and it's nice you can take you time and view it at your own pace.

It'a a great experience to visit Dubai Frame.. the beautiful history, culture and the futuristic ambiance makes it more attractable espacially for tourist.. love the view up..

The time when we're visited it's a long line to wait but when were inside it's all amazing. But my experience when I was there on the floor that u can look at down I'm so scared😁. But Ill love it all it's and amazing experiences.

What I absolutely loved about my experience at the Dubai Frame was the incredible combination of modern architecture and breathtaking views. The frame itself is an impressive structure, and when you reach the top, the panoramic views of both old and new Dubai are just stunning! I really enjoyed seeing how the city has evolved, with the contrast between the traditional areas and the futuristic skyline. The glass-floored observation deck added an exciting touch, making the whole experience even more memorable. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

A very nice place that is an excellent alternative to visiting the Burj Khalifa. The site is very well organized and the staff are very welcoming. Plan to come at opening time to avoid waiting time.

It was amazing, i trip with my parents, they are like it all places. First morning time we visited Miracle garden, and after sunset we visited Dubai frame. It was great to do like that. But in sunset time lots of people in frame, was long queues. But we waited at this beautiful sunset

Its a must to visit to see both Old Dubai and New Dubai in a single frame. Glass walk is cool and a special mention to Headout for such a smooth booking experience

In these experiences we did well, we did not have any inconvenience as in Aldea Global that finally ended up paying THREE TIMES the tickets.

It was a too long time of waiting for us. You should offer time window e.g. 9:30- 10.00 on website and set capacity of tickects for visitors to avoid of lthr long waiting. Roman

We got to the miracle gardens and had no Wi Fi and they would not let us in with just the email, partly my fault but we had to re pay to get in so this was not a bargain ticket. No problem at The Frame, they sorted it out straight away for us. Enjoyed The Frame and Miracle gardens but spoilt our enjoyment a little as we had to pay more money.

The glass bridge inside the frame was just breath taking. Ticketing experience was just so simple & straight forward.Thank you
