We love animals and this experience with getting close to animals and penguins were out of this world for us. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful fishes and sting ray especially.

We enjoyed our visit to the aquarium, there are many fish that you can observe up close, they swim right over your head. The other exhibitions were also very nice. I was just surprised by the prices of other services: 2 photos in a leather case for AED 2,100, feeding the fish which consisted of dumping 3 small shrimps into the water AED 70/person, about 8 minutes boat ride with glass bottom on top around the aquarium + AED 70/person and all this after you already paid the entrance fee.

The main event is just a sleeping crocs. The variety of fish is not bad but as always if you want something unforgettable prepare to pay more

It was a nice experience and I liked the option of buying extra specials inside (diving, boat, ..). If you allow me to be honest, I think for Dubai the expectation of all adventures are very high - means as a tourist, I expect the highest achievments in everything. Alright, it's the biggest indoor aquarium (or at least in a mall) - but the quantity in terms of different species is not the highest. So in my dreams I expected something really special, some species I would never see somewhere else. Something with a need of high quality level of professionality to hold it well. Let's compare it with the Mona Lisa in Louvre, it's a well market element that brings scientists and outer crowds from all over the world into your zoo. This element I missed in terms of the brand 'Dubai', which comes with a touch of 'nothing is impossible' mentality. Thanks for your attention!

The zoo quality,variety of fishes,experiences at offer from fishes to whales,crocodiles etc was great and my 1yr old was extremely happy . It's a good family place where 2hrs can be spent easily and also it's within a mall which is super convenient

Very beautiful aquarium with magnificent fish. The penguins are sad because the space is ridiculous and they are cramped.

The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... The staff at the aquarium are always happy to reply to questions and are very nice, knowledge and outgoing!

We had a lovely time at the aquarium. Seeing Blue Macaws, which is actually and endangered specie, was the highlight. Headout had the best prices and their communication is really good.

We enjoyed all .But still I suggest , In under water zoo and Acqurium nothing is very special than the creation, the marine technology and spacing of all in one place like boating , diving etc ., ( for experience ) and the price is high for small experience there . Where as the Marine life and the collection of zoo animals are more in other places of the world. Dubai frame is worth watching and a thrill

We had the most incredible desert safari experience, all thanks to Fahad! His energy, expertise, and warm personality made the adventure unforgettable. Ticketing experience overall was excellent. The mall and underwater museum were also excellent. The Burj Khalifa was very disappointing. Endless waiting and lines. Paid premium for sunset and missed it completely. This should have mentioned. Desert Safari was excellent.

the store did not allow us to claim 20AED discount stating that it is not mentioned on the voucher. took us some 30 minutes to sort this out and have them call few folks to verify. good to have this information mentioned on the vocher itself.

Very easy process to use the combo tickets i bought, told staff about headout ticket and they knew what to do straightaway, I had no issues whatsoever. With the combos deal and the added voucher code for further discount, it was a much better price in total. Saved in total 30%. Would definitely use again expecially to save money.

It was awesome. Dubai is Dubai... One of the best place on the earth. Lux, good peoples, quality services. The Aquarium was a great experience.

Online preservation was very convenient. We didn't have to wait. Our favorite part was the tunnel in the aquarium and the crocodiles!

The experience was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The guides were quite helpful with their explanation about the various aquatic species.

It's too expensive. I would have liked a longer tunnel of aquatic creatures - that was special to the experience but it was too short.
