Ticketing process was smooth since we had the tickets already on the app with us. This was my 5 year old's first ever visit to the zoo so it was really special as he was very excited to walk through the plexi tunnel and see so many fishes. The highlight of his visit were the penguins and seeing the clown fish (that he called Nemo)

Simply mesmerising!!! Unbelievable experience . Loved crocodile , penguins , the staff who fed the animals and cared about them. The big parrot was too cool. My salute.
