Desert Safari was best but in the dinner someone has stolen our 300 dirham from our bag which made our all planning unsuccessful. Whatever the Safari guide Muhammad did a splendid job . We are really happy.

Just very long line and you don't realize it right away because you have 3 lines before the final very long line. Veiw was nice

The view was breathtaking and photo opportunity by the crew was good if you dont have good picture experience as there will be lots of people.

Viewing Dubai city from that height was amazing, especially the floor below, which gave the topview of Burj Khalifa which too was awesome.

Nice views and great fountain. Only one thing, we booked the higher price ticket to catch the sunset betweeen 6 and 6:30 pm. It it took more than an hour to go up. We missed the sunset. It will be good if there is clear messaging about the time to arrive. I felt a bit disappointed Ted that I could not see the sunset despite paying premium. The night views were nice but missing the sunset not good.

We bought tickets in advance to avoid queuing, but when we arrived at the venue, we placed in the same queue as the people who bought tickets on the spot. We spent 1h40 minutes in the queue. To make matters worse, during the time in the queue, 3 groups of around 20 people were put ahead making slower.

Super reliable, everything worked perfectly. We bought several tours, all of which went smoothly. And at a cheaper price than on other sites and even the official ones.

Excellent organization and operation of the facilities. Against : absolutely expensive and exhorbitant prices of the photographs.

It's very exciting to go up the tallest building in the world, but being down there is wonderful too. The SKY views option is cheaper, and the view is beautiful. Watching the water show is incredible, from the top of the building or at the water's edge.

I was unhappy with the long wait in line. I thought it was better organized - some older visitors had a problem with walking long and waiting in line. There was little space for photography. I was also expecting a short lecture by a guide in Burj Khalifa. Your employees did not understand English, many times they answered the questions incorrectly. In Dubai aquarium I had a problem with the Headout application. Your employee didn't try to solve the problem, but just kept repeating that she needed to see the QR code - but the problem was that the app didn't open via the link in my email. You should take care of this in the future by having not only the QR code but also, for example, the ticket number or reservation number be authoritative when entering.

It was a great experience, especially with our Safari tour, his name is Sultan, he helped us a lot in everything, i recommend everyone to makes this experience.

The organization on site was great, but unfortunately the waiting times were quite long. It took us an hour to get to the top. You have to see it once, but I wouldn't do it again. Tickets are simply too expensive.

Amazing views from the tower. Bit of a long queue unfortunately but couldn't justify the vastly more expensive fast pass. Impressive aquarium.

The huge mall has several food courts, so the counter was not so easy to find. It takes a whole hour to finally reach the top. The view, if not exactly cloudy like ours, makes up for it.

Our driver was Khalifa, he was great. The Dune bashing was amazing! The sandboarding was a real fun, even for the smaller kids!!! The dinner was delicious, nice show! We really enjoyed it!!! Khalifa helped us take some really nice photos! Overall it's a great price value safari!!! Thanks !!!!

Feedback on Burj Khalifa Sunrise Visit via Headout We had a truly memorable experience visiting the iconic Burj Khalifa early this morning for sunrise. The views were absolutely wonderful and breathtaking. The entire booking process through Headout was seamless and a charm – making the experience even more enjoyable. The complementary coffee at the end was the perfect cherry on top, adding a delightful touch to a fantastic visit. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Dubai.

Ticket booth, offer no help for the ticket bought on line, numerous lines, with no clear information about which line is for what?. When asked if we were in the line, only answer was " please sore stay on the line" only to be told at the counter, that we did not needed to stay in the line.
