Aquaventure water park was just amzing with enthralling rides. Never have we seen such water rides. One of the best water park in the world.

It wasn't what I expected. Wouldn't go again. Nothing worth looking for from there. Probably night time could have been better with the lighting from the buildings than the sunrise.

Long Long queues, 3 hours till we reached the top, but amazing views , it is activity that takes half a day. Better get an vip access to avoid waiting and crowd.

Dubai never disappoints and neither did our visit Dubai Frame!!It's a very nice place to escape the heat of Dubai for a day, with a tonne of fun rides and experiences. If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. If you’re just a nerdy adult with some spare time, you’ll have fun too! Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks. Lots of sweet deals online and definitely cheaper and quicker than buying them on-site

Loved the view from the tallest building of the world! Would recommend everyone to take a look from the top & also watch the light & fountain show which happens every evening till March 2025.

Easy and quick access, without strict schedules For most of the sites to be visited, which allows a better organization and does not restrict access.

Ticketing experience was good, easy to book. We just loved being up so high and looking all around. In fact while we were there we upgraded and went up to the lounge on floor 154 and enjoyed a glass of Prosecco and some cakes

Burj Khalifa is awesome and views are mesmerizing. The Burj Khalifa Fountain Show is undoubtedly a breathtaking spectacle, offering mesmerizing views of Dubai's majestic skyline. However, my recent visit had few drawbacks that left a sour taste. Here are some of the issues I faced: 1. Poor Directions: Dubai Mall's signage was inadequate, leading to confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth navigation. 2. Long Queues: Multiple queues at each stage resulted in an excruciating wait. Despite arriving 10 minutes before my scheduled 5 PM time slot, I didn't reach the top until 6 PM – a whopping 1 hour and 10 minutes later. 3. Misleading Ticket Pricing: I paid for a daytime ticket, but due to the lengthy queues, I ended up watching the sunset instead of enjoying the daytime views. 4. Stroller Restrictions: Many parents struggled with long queues while carrying their children. Allowing strollers or providing priority access to families with kids would greatly alleviate this issue. 5. Inefficient Lift Management: Upon descending, we were redirected to an alternate floor, only to wait for an extended period due to "VVIPs" being present. This decision seemed illogical and inconvenient. 6. Rude Staff: When I provided feedback about the lift management and overall queue experience, the staff responded defensively and rudely, rather than acknowledging and apologizing for the issues. Despite the stunning views, these drawbacks detracted from my overall experience. Hopefully, the management will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements to make it 5 star experience

Loved the hassel-free experience at the ticketing counter. A thing to improve would be to give more detailed "How to Reach the Counter" instructions. Dubai Mall is a huge place with multiple entry points. We were lost and had to run to find the Burj Khalifa ticket counter. Rest everything was great..

Once we found out how to actually find where to go into the ticket validation point as the details we were sent directed us the wrong way! But a security guard explained we should have just gone into the main entrance & it was easy from there & we were in & out in about 45 mins. But the experience was great as was the aquarium which was not too far away to get to & took about the same time.

Upgraded to see the 148th floor - definitely worth it! Spooky to look down at all of the skyscrapers, but the view is breathtaking and unforgettable!

In burj khalifa. The photo is expensive giving only folder for pictures it is 190 only picture. The scenery is nice for photos. While in the dubai. The entrance is cheaper but inside is really amazing. Simple but because of the glass walk fills my inner child conquering my fear of heights. And the differentiatio of old and new dubai is such an art. The best thing is the souvenir picture in dubai frame. There is frame and snowlaminated picture you will get in package for a cheaper price.

My desert safari experience with my wife and 8-year-old kid was absolutely amazing, and it came at a great price! Our driver, Malik, was incredibly kind, professional, and spoke good English. The car was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made the entire journey even more enjoyable for my family. Malik’s dune driving skills were top-notch, making the ride both thrilling and safe, even for our little one. The dinner and show venue he took us to was truly unique and unforgettable, offering great local food and a perfect mix of entertainment for both adults and children. I highly recommend this experience and especially this company for its reliability and professionalism. While there are many operators offering similar activities, this one, and Malik in particular, truly stood out. It was an exceptional experience for our whole family from start to finish!

too much waiting and it is just another high viewpoint like so many others in the city. almost 4 hours to go up and also queue to go down. very expensive i wouldn't recommend it.

Nice combo, makes sense to start with the Museum of the Future, then take the Metro for two stops and queue for Burj Khalifa. We waited for an hour on queue to go on the 124th floor, but it was worth it. Book at least 100 minutes before sunset (to accommodate for the waiting time) and you can experience daytime, golden hour, sunset and nighview on the same visit.
