Kuala Lumpur Hop-On Hop-Off Night Bus Tour

O roteiro foi legal. A guia e o motorista bem cordiais. Chuveu muito. O que odiei foi que ao término do passeio, alguns passageiros obtiveram o "bonus" de serem deixados no hotel. O meu hotel, estava próximo, porém não no circuito principal. Pelo Google Maps via que passamos próximo da região do meu hotel umas 3 vezes, solicitei que me deixassem lá, pois estava molhada da chuva e queria logo descer e pegar o GRAB. A guia e o motorista queriam, que eu ficasse no onibus e fosse até o ponto inicial, após eles deixarem os "privilegiados" em seus hoteis. Achei super desrespeitoso, pois não havia motivo algum para ficar molhada dentro do ônibus acompanhando a entrega no hotel dos demais. Insisti muito e então me deixaram num ponto próximo ao meu hotel. Peguei o Grab e fui para o hotel.

Tour guide using mic is not function well, should be all places been introduced like jalan petaling street, kl sentral. Should stop 10min at saloma bridge, klcc to take photo

It was amazing. Me and my friends had a very good time while on the trip. We enjoyed so much. All the hop on hop off staff was so good and very helpful. I would literally try it again for a day trip.

new experience to us. can see beautiful place in night view. super awesome. Unlucky to us, raining on that day for half way. Overall we are happy and enjoy.

Ticket redemption is fast and service is good too, the staff is good also as my phone forgot to take from the counter, the staff return back to me immediately... so thanks for her I am a local and still okay with the explanation of the tour guide, it is suggested to have a mayb chinese translator or brochure in chinese version as most of the passengers are from China during my time Hope the bus travel time can be longer, as most of time is stuck in the jam, it is okay to raining, quite a special experience as holding umbrella in the open deck, but hope mayb provide raincoat if raining as most of the passenger are coming to travel and cant fully enjoy the view of KL

To see the highlights in short time. Beautiful view of the most popluar places of kl. Really worth it if you don't have much time in kl.

The website did not mention that we need to redeem the tickets early to be able to sit on the open air section. Hence, we were seated inside the airconditioned area, but the view is not to expection since the windows are dirty. And there is a huge cockroach in the bus.

The problem is at the start, where it's crowded, not because of the organization but because of the lack of civic-mindedness on the part of some tourists. Maybe specify that there are "deck" seats and not "open" ones? That would avoid the scramble to get seats in the open part of the bus.

Positive....not to have to deal with traffic. Negative...unorganized. people were rushing to be the first. Customers don't know which is their bus. Seats were a little stiff.

The bus should state the number early when they arrive to fetch the tourists because people will be in line and standby long before the bus arrives. Thus, it is much easier for the tourists to find that they are lining up for the right bus. It took time to identify the bus number because after the bus arrived,it still did not have the specific number for each bus.

The tour was fantastic but the time allocated at few attractive places was too limited. the Merdeka Square for example, only 3 to 4 minutes were given to get off the bus and took photo compared to the National Palace where it was not so perfect for a photo spot but was given more than 10 minutes. Ticketing was very easy using headout, just show the online version and they will issue you the physical tickets.

Staff mentioned to line up by 7pm for the 8pm bus ride to get the open deck seats, but there were people already in queue before 630pm. Sat on-top in the open air and enjoyed the sites from the bus. Purchesd tickets from the website. Lucky no rain during that time. Love to ride again. Night lights looks so beautiful.

Everything was great but the waiting was a bit too long. Overall a nice experience. Just can't believe KL is so ALIVE at night with massive traffic!

My wife and I take hop on hop off everytime we go to a new city to get an overview so we know what to see later. This just wasn't a fun tour. The sights were dull, the traffic heavy and the route was longer than it needed to be to cover the sights. We discovered this because we had been walking the city a couple days before the tour and learned how close everything was to each other. So Hop On Hop Off simply took longer routes to use up time. We took the night tour which wasn't worth it because with the exception of the Petronus and Tower, there are no lights worth seeing.

The unregulated crush of people chasing after a moving bus trying to secure the best seats on top is an accident waiting to happen. There was no queue line, no personnel to ensure orderly boarding. The audio was unclear and the speaker had a heavy accent that made it difficult to understand. This coming from a Malaysian! Pluses were the unobstructed views, and stop at Dataran.

On checking in at the outlet to get our tickets we were not on the list this was soon rectified but so glad we arrived super early as we may have been dissspointed. All was rectified smoothly and we had a wonderful 2 hour experience. The speaker commentary could have been much louder as most of the time ( with the traffic noise) we couldn't hear the history and information.

There was no audio guide, (there is no provision for this at the seats. Announcements via loudspeakers. I only received the appointment notification the day after. I had printed out the ticket beforehand and therefore had no problems

I sat in upper section (aircond area). I could not hear any explanation from yout tourist guide. I am not even sure either is there any tourist guide or not.

Wonderful experience at night tour by hop on hop off. Its a amazing view the klcc and KL tower with colourful lights at night.
