It was a very bad experience that ruined my visit to Nice; having arrived near the "fountain of the sun," despite following the app's instructions and after numerous attempts with the helpless BOT guide, I was unable to download the audio guide finding myself forced to wander around the city without any reference.
TOTALLY NEGATIVE experience!!!

I should receive a refund. App did not work for all participants, we were kicked out of the profile and had to re-enter credentials all the time. I have written a complaint to Headout and have not received a reply.
