We loved all of the chambers and the salt statues on every level.The English Guide was very good and entertaining made the trip interesting!

The venue defied logic we were amazed at the magnitude of how low under ground it actually went and the construction was of magnificent proportions

Visiting the Wieliczka Salt Mine was an incredible experience for us as adults and for our teenage boys. The breathtaking underground chambers, stunning salt sculptures, and rich history made it truly unforgettable. I can only recommend this unique and magical place to anyone looking for an extraordinary adventure!

Everything is fine but our group, a school, had 16 participants and we were able to book only 14. It ended up fine, actually as we all could participate but for this amount of people, there should be an arrangement.

It was a very nice experience, our guide walked us through the museum and talked about the highlights of it in great detail. He was really informative about the situation in Poland and more specifically in Krakow during WWII. The technical details before we started really set the mood for the whole tour. I would just advise adding that the tickets are single entrance only and once you get out you can't go back in to explore more. I hadn't realised that and had wanted to go back and revisit some of the exhibitions but couldn't after we finished our tour. Overall very positive expereinece and would definitely recommend.

Very interesting and interactive museum showing not only Schindlers factory but also what life was like during the occupation. Our guide was very knowledgeable, explaining the exhibits. I would recommend a guided tour as we received so much additional information. It was a last minute addition to our itinerary and I'm so pleased we went.

A Great and Informative Experience The tour was overall a very enjoyable experience! The tour lady was incredibly friendly and made an effort to keep things engaging throughout. The amount of information shared during the tour was impressive and added a lot of value to the visit. That said, there were a couple of logistical hiccups. The car park wasn’t immediately obvious upon arrival as the coach parking dominated the area. Thankfully, we eventually found it located behind the coach parking area. Additionally, the instructions for the meeting point were a bit unclear, as it was labeled with someone’s name, but it turned out to be the main entrance. A little more clarity on this would have been helpful. On the bright side, check-in was quick and easy—just a ticket scan with no need to show ID. I would highly recommend booking this tour for the morning or late afternoon as it lasts 2.5 hours. Be prepared for a fair amount of walking and warm conditions inside, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and well worth it. Definitely recommend!

We had the most incredible tour! Our guide, Magda, was informative, kind, and interesting. This was one of the best tours I have EVER had. Very impactful experience!

It was great and well explained. The only downside was that the headphones weren't really comfortable and the sound quality was horrible for an audio-guide. For the rest, it was top-notch!

Everything went according to appointment. It was very crowded but still we were inside very quickly. The tour itself was incredibly interesting. The guide was very easy to understand, very knowledgeable and had a lot of humor. In short, highly recommended.

Planning, guidance, tour... all top... We had fun because our guide was so funny... She spoke very good German and we will never forget this experience... An absolute MUST... You won't see anything like this anywhere else! Simply amazing. It would also be advisable for the guide to have a microphone so that the group of about 25 people can understand everything!!! We walked easily from Hotel Puro, Stare Miasto.. was a nice day and leisurely walk.. I think we got more from our visit than if we had just walked around ourselves..

The tour lasted 1.5 hours and was highly informative. I enjoyed it because it covered not just Schindler's factory, but also the broader history of Krakow, with a focus on World War II and the Holocaust. Our guide, Hannah, was very knowledgeable, providing key information without getting bogged down in unnecessary details. She explained everything in an engaging way and had a good sense of humor.

It is a remarkable establishment and surely worths the 800+plus stairs and 2,5 hour tour!! Our tour guide (we had the English tour) was amazing and funny with very good knowledge of the history...
