The guide was explaining things as he went through the dome, but you could not hear him through the headphones that were given to us because he was very far ahead, and from at least half of the group to the back you could not hear anything. In addition, the quality of the headphones given to us was very bad, you could not hear anything even if you were close to the guide (i.e. when there was no signal problem).

We all moved Vittoria! Her enthusiasm, knowledge and sense of humor was perfect! She was not " jaded" in September after all the brutal hot summer season Italy experienced. And she took care of the older less fit participants from beginning to end. Brava Virtoria!
