Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Reserved Entry Tickets with Vatican Gardens Open Bus Tour

It was excellent! However, the instructions were to arrive 15 minutes early, which I strictly followed, but there wasn't enough time to get the ticket and I missed the bus ride and only enjoyed the museum. The museum is fantastic! It was so worth it!

Not having to wait in line is priceless, especially since we have become an African subcontinent. Maybe a little more kindness from the gendarmes would be appreciated.

Bypassing the kilometre long queue in the midday heat, we got a printout of our tickets from the tourist office, which we bought online from you, got in immediately and followed by a guided minibus tour of the amazing Vatican Gardens.The following hours , around the museum took us to past eras , brimming with information and impressions of rich history and art.To end we came to the Sistine Chapel of Raphael and already words are not enough to describe the impressive impression that fills you and remains forever in the mind.Thank you very much for this service!!!

A short wait between the requested time of arrival and the time of departure... but it was really worth it, the garden is magnificent even at this time of year. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff seems unknown (or rather forgotten... ) in France...sic... the museums and the Sistine Chapel are unforgettable, but I think it's better to go in the morning, as the afternoon is too short...

Visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel was my favourite part of our holiday to Rome, it was a must see and so much to look around. Doing the bus tour around the gardens was a perfect relaxed way to see the area.

Gardens tour was lovely- could of been better if the driver and the attendant hadn't talked during the ride- tough to hear over them! We were just left at a gate w/o guidance. The inside of the Vatican was more Roman and less Christian- too many people in tight places for true enjoyment! Disappointing

Punctual and well indicated You arrive at the museums and they let you in half an hour before the indicated time because you still have to go through a security check, exchange your tickets and wait until Monday to hear the gardens.

The visit was beautiful, mine was without a guide, they did not give me a brochure for the visit. The tour of the gardens was with a guide, excellent. The time in the Sistine Chapel was wonderful. I got a lot of help from the guards that were everywhere.

We did not queue at all. Everything was great, super !!!! We had a great time, observing the museums. In my case I did not take a tour, and it was a failure, we would have enjoyed it more with a guide. Since the explanations are only in English and Italian.

The tour by bus through the Vatican Gardens was great!!! The handling at the entrance was flawless and it was impressive how the many visitors were "managed" by the staff. High praise !!!

We had such trouble finding the place to actually redeem our tickets. Would be easier to just give ticket on line. Misunderstood and thought we had a guide and we did not. The mini bus tour of the garden was lovely and informative. Don't skip that part. A comment on Vatican Museum tour in general and not on the tour provider. The vatican admits way too many at one time. It was not a good experience. You could not stop and enjoy different areas of the museum or you would have been crushed by the crowds. You are on a one way route heading toward the Sistine Chapel. The chapel itself was way overcrowded and hard to spend much time there. Not the wonderful spiritual visit I hoped for.

The Vatican is impressive. We spent 6 hours there and probably still haven't seen everything. The only problem was picking up our tickets. We arrived at the Vatican at 9.00 and set off in search of our meeting point. House number 95 had been given. Long queue - info no. 97. It was already 9.17 a.m. - waiting again - became very nervous and hectic, as the meeting point was 9.30 a.m. and we still didn't have any tickets. It then turned out that we would not be admitted until 10.00 am. Please describe the exact procedure to avoid stress.

4 days in Rome and a desire to discover the Vatican and its museum, gardens and...the Sistine Chapel! Gigantic, extraordinary, grandiose and marvelous. We didn't have enough eyes to see it all. A unique experience!

Knowing in detail all the little known places of the Vatican, the application was very useful, I could quickly enter the museums and make the proposed tour!!!!

Gardens tour, then through various museums to sitting Chapel. Mostly quite crowded, but still able to see. Amazing ceilings!!

Organization not bad, but far too many visitors and too long a tour of the museums. I would have liked a shortcut option to get directly to the Soxtinian Chapel.

The meeting instructions were very poor. We followed instructions and stood as shown in picture. Eventually saw a guide further down. He told us to go into ticket office. Lady told us to go up to next office and get tickets issued for garden etc. then go and wait in line 2 over by Vatican. Will not use this company again.
