The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. I wouldn't have known what half the things were without her pointing them out.
The ghetto tour was a really eye opener and plenty of stories and things to see all around.
It was a last minute decision to do the tour (as we were looking at the cheaper self tour option that was unavailable) but so glad we went for the option with a tour guide. Definitely worth the money.

Our guide was GREAT !
The Schindler factory did feel a bit rushed (limited space, and lots of your groups) you do not get a chance to see all the exhibits.

Tour guide was excellent, extremely knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the experience. Only downside was the toilet provision at Schindlers which is not appropriate to the number of visitors.

Our guide, Zofia (Sofia?), was great! Without speeding up the tour, she focused on the main points and told lots of anecdotes! She was always available to answer our questions, and made the connection with our previous visits! As for the rooms, they're magnificent and provide a real immersion in Krakow before and during WWII! A very interesting visit, but above all thanks to our guide!

It's a moving plunge into Polish history, and in the midst of all these horrors, one man managed to give hope to all these people. From the history of Poland to Oskar Schindler's office, the tour is very interesting.

Very interesting museum, I have learned a lot.
But very demanded so the first few rooms are packed with visitors witch make circulation complicated and makes immersion in the museum I bit more difficult.

We really enjoyed the guided tour around Schlinders Factory and the Jewish Ghetto. During the three hour tour our guide was able to provide an interesting account of this important historical period. Collecting our tickets by the entrance was straight forward.
