The ticketing experience using headout was great . It helped me to enter the attraction directly using the QR code provided and no need to wait in line to purchase tickets . The tickets purchased through headout also had discounted pricing when compared to spot booking at attraction or when attractions are booked separately via their individual websites.
All the QR codes can be shown via mobile (paperless) through the headout app and printouts are not required

I liked the attraction site. Spent a great day there. The experience with tickets was a little hassle, as it needed to be validated first to enter the theme park.

The experience was great. The park is small. The additional front of queue pass was unnecessary due not busy. The characters' meet and greets were a fabulous highlight. The food was good too - had the mushroom burger for lunch - it was nice.

Booking tickets in head out made simple and hassle free entry. It saved some money. Kids had super fun in all theme rides and it was a thrilling experience to them

Stress free with pre bought tickets that were easily accessible in the app even without Internet. And Singapore Aquarium is always awesome.

The ease of skipping the lines at select activities was very well worth the premium paid for the Universal Express pass.
With 14 total attractions on offer the "one-per-activity" skip is spot on if you wish to explore them all.

Great experience. Just make sure to go early carry watterbottle and snacks. Finish important things before 5pm. Everything closes by 5pm. All the photos you can take after 5pm.

All went well, going into Universal studio was a bit of a problem, I did not know I had to download a ticket and thought the barcode would get us in but man at the gate fixed it for us

We found Universal Studios really good for young kids (under 10) and really enjoyed the day there. Not a big selection of rides compared to similar parks but what was there worked well for our family.

We arrived for the first time & the help we got from the staff was amazing.

Price seem decent enough but standing in lines for over an hour required us to spen another 100+ dollars per person so we could actually enjoy the park. Also requiring a locker that is free of charge when you know it will take longer than the free 50 minutes is a joke. More money lost...

2 months prior to booking my ticket I tried to get express passes and it said not available. When I showed up to universal studios I saw people using express passes .. very disappointed as first time going to universal studios I was there from 10-7 and only got to go on 4 rides ... very disappointing. I did not get any of the add ons included in my ticket. Not happy. Would not recommend- buy your ticket at the venue

Went to Universal Studio when I was in Singapore. Bought the tickets in advance with Headouts and everything is just smooth and easy.
Here is the summary of my trip to Universal studio:
1. Took taxi from my hotel to Mount Faber
2. Use Cable Car from Mount Faber to Sentosa Island (Universal Studio)
- I will recommend to do it this way. It just make the trip more fun before you even arrive at the Universal Studio
- I bought the Return Ticket with Headouts. Seriously very smooth. I just have to show the screenshot of the barcode all the way. No lining up.
- you need to change the cable car - but the staff is very helpful in giving instruction. Just ask.
3. Universal Studio
- bought the Admission Ticket with Headout - when you arrive, just go to the ticket booth and they will swap your Headout ticket with the admission ticket
- I also bought the Express Ticket - def worth it!! The line for each ride is quite long (at least 30 minutes), and with the Express Ticket, I bareline lining up, or maximum 10 minutes.
- I think it's worth it to get the Express Ticket, otherwise you will wait at least 30 minutes for a 2-3 minutes ride. We did everything in Universal Studio for about 4-5 hours; went to every ride, quick lunch and buy some souvenirs.
To be honest, this is the first time I used Headout and it was great. Will def recommend this and I will use it again.

We came with adult children to kill a day, so our amazement was with the detail of the park. Our favourite ride was the Transformers simulation 3D experience. We were disappointed that you needed to pay for a locker for the Jussaic Park water ride, that should've just been a a token. We were also frustrated that you walked into attractions and came upon a (very long) queue not obvious from the outside, but then there was no exit and you were literally stuck until your turn (longest 45 minutes underground). Also. although the tickets were seamless to purchase via Headout, the park needs a bar code, not QR code to enter, so it took a good 10 minutes for the staff to get barcodes downloaded and get us in.
