Tour guide was wonderful, funny and informative

We had an amazing experience with City Wonders and our English speaking tour guide, Annette. She was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating details about the history, art, and culture of the city. Her passion for the subject was evident, and she made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. The highlight was, of course, seeing Michelangelo’s David. Annette brought the statue to life by explaining its artistic significance, the story behind its creation, and even pointing out details we would have missed on our own. Her expertise truly added depth to the experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city—it’s a must-do for art and history lovers! Thank you for making our visit unforgettable!

Be careful Headout double billed me for the tour and refused to refund the second billing, better to wait to come to Italy and just book the tour directly

Seeing the Statue of David was the highlight. Walking the streets was fine, however, more information and history would have been nice. It felt like our tour guide just wanted to take her friends for a walk through the street of Florence and have a giggle about nothing.

The art displayed at the museum was Amazing. The sculptures and statue collection was spectacular. Everything was beautiful in this museum including "David" My favorite.

Knowledgeable guide. However it was not clear that we would only spend 30 mins at Academia. Balance 1 HR was walking city tour. Would help if title of tour and itinerary clearly mention this.

We waited in the rain in a HUGE line for an hour to enter the venue. Absolutely NOT what we paid for as Skip the Line tickets.

We liked the story telling of the tour guide. Lots of interesting things about the city and its wonders that we otherwise wouldn't have realized.

She was a nice person and tried her best to guide us... But her Spanish makes you loose interest because many times she doesn't find the correct words and uses lots of "muletillas" or words that are not in spanish.

Even though the guide was knowledgeable, it was hard understanding him because of his accent. Also, it would be easier to understand the guide if you gave us DUAL headphones. Single headphones don't work.
