The staff were very very friendly and the table service was very good. The length of the tour was great and we learned a lot about the city just from that tour.

The history of the buildings the boat went pass and calmness of the boat plus the scenery

No one checked us in or checked tickets. Therefore, no one could tell me to request an audio guide for English as the german was what was being announced overhead. I saw halfway through that some people had little devices the could listen to. I'm not sure if straining to listen with my broken German but being hands free or having to hold a remote control sized item at my ear the whole time would have been better for me personally, but I do wish I gad had the option to choose-as in si wish someone had checked me in and asked if I gad wanted an audio guide. Other than that it was a beautiful day so the ride was beautiful.

I can only recommend it! There was a man on the 🛥️ who told us all about Berlin in German and English! That was funny and cool! Make the trip!

There was no english translation or information about the tour. It was all in German and nobody asked if English is required
