It was an incredible visit , it is a great surprise the lot of great rooms with expositions withnswarovsky Krystal's.... my wife and me love it and I recommended a lot..... please do more publicity the place is marvelous

The hall with the ice was closed for renovation work and that was nowhere to be read, disappointing. The signposts are not optimally laid out, it was not easy to find your way around. The highlight was the hanging crystals in the dark room.

The museum is truly awesome and the food at the restaurant was good too. The displays were incredible. Highly recommend going to the museum. If you don't have a car you can take a taxi or Uber. Uber was about 40 euro. We got our tickets through Headout and was a super easy seamless process. No standing in line. Got the tickets on my mobile device.

Come early and skip crowd in the chambers. It is exclusiveness witnessing sparkling lights of Swarovski crystals. I really do appreciate that there is amazing installations from artists all over the world. Every now and then there are new art installations so it is nice to come again and have a completely different experience.

There were no queues in the museum. It was our first time in the Crystal Worlds and we were thrilled, the room with the pulsating crystals was particularly great.

Unbelievable installations combined with musik and light left a very magical impression after the visit. So creative and beautiful that one can't leave without a deep feeling of satisfaction! The only disappointment was that I wanted more:) outdoor area has various selection of the kids activities also with a touch of taste- one can really plan few hours in a good weather there! Entrance without any hassle and cues as well as free and spacious parking rounded our incredible experience of that day!! It's must have for those travelling across Austria

A vert well done exhibition! Beautiful place to visite. Nice expérience wirh kids. The only problem was the prices of swarowski products at the boutique.

Con Headout abbiamo saltato ogni possibile fila, un servizio molto valido. Per il resto, che dire ...è stato tutto impeccabile. Posto veramente meraviglioso dall'inizio alla fine. Vale veramente la pena! Consigliatissimo.
