It was a very nice experience! Rides are of very good quality and the scenarios are excellent. The operating protocols need improvement. Waiting areas are boring, fast passes are not so fast and some employees are not so friendly ( but the majority are). Comparing with Disney and considering the price and the crowds it is an excellent choice.

A long queue for accessing the cable car during end of the year was really exhausted for family trip spending 2 hours from starting by having online standard tickets. The experiences and ambiences were great.

I had to park the car with 70RM, which is really upsetting as my touch n go card was not working, the guide man force me to give him that money instant, the card was empty money, again i had to recharge 20RM for exit.

All of outdoors game it's enjoyable and unforgettable experience 👏👏👍👍 although has almost frightened game for us...

Awsome experience, unlimited rides and reentry for whole day from 10am to 6 pm, no rush on weekday, very easy to redeem online purchases , saves a lot in advance booking

the entry was smooth and easy. the weather was lovely; however, a few attractions were closed. i recommend buying express pass tickets instead of waiting 40+ minutes in queues.

The fire on friday june 14 And we stayed in the streets for 4 hours after they evacuated us from the theme park without our bags and belongings and were not able to home until 11 pm

The queues are very long. Many facilities have unreasonable queue arrangements. You have to queue up to make an appointment in advance and the queues are also very long.

All rides is the best for me. Will come to visits again this year
