No problem with ticketing on line. Bus was 15 minutes late to our stop but that is understandable. Driver was terrific and informative. It was a greta way to see the city in a limited amount of time available.

Friendly and helpful staff. Loved being able to stay on for the whole trip but given opportunities to hop off and explore if wishing to do so.

Good commentary Bus was full at the Cascades factory, about 12 of us couldn't get on. We waited approx 15 mins for another bus to come along which was better than 30 minutes.

Great range of places to visit with awesome drivers who added to the experience onboard, thanks guys, thoroughly recommend the ho-ho.

Easy ticketing thru headout; rounded and great experience on Red decker. Recommend to start with this and then deep dive to learn more with targeted visits to sites of your interest.

Great way to view the city. Wish we'd gotten the two day pass, it's great value and gives you more time to visit the sites.

Tony our driver was amazing with his extra commentary as we went around and it was easy to work out when we had to get on & off, with staff handing out flyers with the times, and was really helpful on a busy day being a public holiday as well as having a cruise ship in port.

It's a good way of getting a quick overview of the city and then choosing what to spend time it. HIGHLY recommend the Cascades Female Factory. Do a tour. Don't do the 'harbour walk' from the Casino back to Sandy Bay...it's not a harbour walk at all.

It was a terrific way to get a snapshot view of Hobart for the one day we were in port. Easy booking system and absolutely fantastic, helpful and informative staff. Overall, a great experience. Thank you ☺️

Great way to experience Hobart when we didn't have a car. Great having 48 hours to use the pass. We had lots of general knowledge to share with our sons when they arrived.

Hi. We loved the old bus we got on first. The man driving did a great job on describing what could be seen. Kept it light, bright and entertaining. Other newer buses had recordings which don't give the trips the feeling of fun and friendship the old manual service did. Still a good experience and it's a great service

The staff and rivers were absolutely lovely. Unfortunately upstairs in our bus many of the audio jacks were not operational making it difficult to hear the audio tour.

It was easy to book on line, easy to find whenere to pick up the bus when we arrived in Hobart. the driverexplained concisely and clearly how the system worked and gave interesting and amusing commentary as we procedded. As a couple of mature aged ladies, we managed well with the experience and certainly saw a lot more of Hobart than we thought we would without having to walk vast distances between our chosen sites in our personal itinery.

Online ticketing was easy, bus stop was right outside of our hotel Wrest Point, very good commentary and nice sights. We used it 24 hours, which was very convenient

There was nothing wrong with the guide, but the volume of the audio was not loud enough. We were sat in the last row to accommodate our party size. The aircon vent was very loud and downed out the audio of the guide. The tour, and what I could hear of the audio recording, was otherwise very good

It gave us a good look around Hobart and the information was informative. The seats on the bus were surprisingly comfortable.
