Really great experience. Easily found the stand where we were to hop on with staff helping us out. The boat was very good and had lovely views. Very easy experience!

lay out time table could be better therefore we hurried to get the boat but it did not go any further and had to wait half hour before it went to our destination and we had very little time inVenice so was bit wasted time

Booked this trip with any planning, and it turned out to be a great trip! Here are some of them positive experiences I had; - I was able to get a ticket to visit the doge's palace, which was sold out on their website - The staff were very helpful. They told us what time the boats would leave at and explained what islands we could visit in the coming 4 hours. We managed to visit both Murano and Burano. Burano was so cute! Murano was a chill version of Venice. - Boat ride was chill. We enjoyed the view and rested our feet Negatives: - it was difficult to find the boarding area at the st mark's square; I wish there was a mark on the map or some signs to lead people there. - the timetable they sent to my email didn't really match their real operating schedule, so I had to ask the staff about the real schedule. I was also stressed about missing the boat constantly Overall I highly recommend it!

Simple and quick and exactly what a tourist like me needs. No need to go on public transport as it gets crowded and you have to figure out everything. These tickets are great if you have a two to three days iteniary

The boat trips were great. We liked having the outdoor and indoor areas on the boats. The lady welcomed us on board & explained how the schedule & trips would work. Clear & friendly. Thanks

I liked the boat which were comfortable, warm and clean. I liked the crew, very nice and welcoming I dislike the fact that in Burano we never found our boat to go back.

O passeio foi incrível.. os barcos estavam sempre limpos, e confortável, pontualíssimo em todas as paradas. Pessoal muito gentil também, inclusive para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção. Só me queixo de não haver sistema de som disponível nos barcos.. Ter que baixar o App e usar o próprio fone de ouvido, não estava nos meus planos, nem nas experiências anteriores com esse City tour..

we liked the hop on / hop off. the boats are much less crowded than the vaporetto which look like boot-people ;)

Great trip, loved the ability to go to the islands and spend some time there, as well as the suggested walking routes on the islands.

The ease of hopping on and off. Did the boat trip on our own without using a tour operator for tickets to the islands of Burano and Murano,very happy did it alll at our own pace, no rushing around!

The boat was always on time and convenient to use for island hopping. It was great to have space to enjoy the ride without feeling crowded. The email sent the morning of our ticket was helpful for finding the boat location.
