Combo: Direct Entry Tickets to Belvedere Palace + Belvedere 21: Museum of Contemporary Art

Very rich experience, pleasant moments. Online booking is a good idea

We loved the eclectic exhibitions. We didn't like that there was no noticeable information on the layout; the "lower" and "upper" refer not to the levels of the same building but to two different edifices separated by a large garden.

The ticket experience was perfect, 5stars, the attrction, the Power belvedere did not fit the expextation , I was expecting more place and palace experience rather than exibitions.

It was easy to use, even if the people checking the ticjets at the entrance were much to picky on tthe time indicated: whereas there were very few people in the exhibtion we had to wait for 15 minutes in the. cold because we arrived in advanced Not a very warm Austrian welcome... :-(

Beautiful upper Belvedere Castle, but I did not like the lower one because there was only an exhibition of paintings that did not excite me for my taste.

The exterior is very beautiful. We were lucky with the weather. Some of the period rooms were well preserved. As for the exhibits, we're not big on paintings, but we did enjoy the Gustave Klimt paintings.

The peace and quiet and the artificial lighting. The exhibition was not too big and the texts were sparse. However, it would be nice if the cafe opened at 9:30 or 9:45 am

We did not have an audio guide in French.... as provided in the booking...so it's hard to say we liked it except for the gardens...

I did not like that I had to install new app. I'm glad I read about this from other comment because probably I would not understand the reasoning to install new app to have the tickets. I liked the interiors and all works of Hanna Hoch. It made big impression on me. However my husband and children were less enthusiastic. It was lovely inside due to working air conditioning. We loved surrounding gardens.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the room. In short, everything was impeccable. Alexandra at reception prepared a surprise for my birthday: She's very friendly. I'll be back again and again. Thanks to all

Through Headout, purchasing tickets was quick and easy and allowed us to visit the Belvedere, a wonderful place, especially the gardens and different fountains.

I arrived a little late and they didn't even give us an audio guide. The palace is spectacular although we could only visit a part of it.

The Upper Belvedere was INCREDIBLE! The building itself is a work of art. We had the best time. All 3 areas are a must see.

it was very easy to buy my tickets on headout! i highly recommend it, since you can have your tickets from your cell phone and anticipate your purchase. My only recommendation would be to research well what exhibitions you want to see and in which area of the Belvedere is located (lower or upper belvedere), as I bought tickets for lower belvedere but the exhibition I wanted to see was in upper belvedere.

There was a person who always communicated with us in Spanish, facilitating the experience, also realizing that I was with a disabled person, not only provided me with a wheelchair, but also got us a space in the first possible visit so that we did not wait, that is, they are people with great sensitivity and very attentive to the tourist.

Everything was amazing and interesting for me!
