Tickets to Taronga Zoo with Express Ferry

There is no clear instruction on your online website that the scan for tickets must be done at the wharf before boarding so paper tickets for the zoo can be obtained there. Place well informed signage at the wharf and educate the staff involved I.e Ferry operators that paper tickets are required for zoo entry.

The meeting point on the photo you sent me via email was different with actual meetings point. It was confusing. I had to wait for more than 1 hour .

I was not given a paper ticket from boat staff for zoo so was refused entry
