From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Sorrento or Positano Day Trip

Really enjoyed the day trip to Amalfi. It was well organised, guide was great and got more than I expected from a day trip

Our guide was Enrica, and our driver Danilo. Amazing guide with an excellent knowledge and enthousiasm from the start until the dropoff. Great sense of humor, and a personal touch made this trip unforgettable. Big thanks tho Enrica for the great memories!! Greetings from the belgian couple.

Bus driver and guides were excellent throughout. We started off in Rome and made our way along the Amalfi Coast towards Sorrento, with a couple of stops on the way for some Limoncello and chocolate tasting while the driver has a break. We had lunch in this beautiful resturaunt in Sorrento overlooking the sea. The only issue I had with this trip is that a couple of travellers on the tour were 30 mins late in coming back to the bus meeting point after lunch, therefore we lost 30 mins in Pompeii, which only gave us 1 hour in Pompeii and it was very rushed as you need more time than an hour to fully experience Pompeii. It's a shame that other travellers can ruin the experience for everyone else by not paying attention to the meet up times states by the guide but it is what it is.

Everything was great. And the best thing happened to our group was having Marinela (hope I wrote her name correctly) for our guide! Many thanks for her knowledge, kindness and patience.

Laura was an excellent guide. She was very helpful, had the best tips, taught us about the history of the didferent places we passed by and also showed us some local songs. The tour guide at Pompeii was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable. I highly recommend joining this daytrip. It was also interesting to visit the limoncello factory on that day. I would just recommend people to do some research before Sorrento, so that you know what to do during your free time.

Great selected places to see, full program with very helpful explanations by our tour guide. Whole day trip in comfortable bus&polite driver, with enough breaks for refreshment.

It has been a very good experience, personally I would have liked 30 minutes more in Pompeii to explore but I understand we have an itinerary. The visit to Positano was like icing on the cake.

the visit to Pompeii, a fair time and with clear information that allows to understand the history. No need to visit the limoncello factory, just a quick tasting. Nice Sorrento. The time was short. The trip, with very well distributed stops. Rome, the driver, very good. Patricia, the bus guide, a charm. The guide in Pompeii was excellent!

Anyone who goes to Pompeii gets their ticket and a map of the site. Our tour did not give us anything and when I tried to ask at the ticket office I was told that they should have given it to me in the group that came. I had higher expectations of the tour.

The tour was very organized, everything happened at the appointed times. The guide Alexandro was very knowledgeable and interesting. The guide Pompeios Vincenzo also told very interesting stories.

It was amazing what our Pompeii tour guide managed to teach us in 2 hours but it was much too short for such a large site. I would skip the Sorrento aspect (if you're travelling in Winter) as it was very quiet and would recommend you to do a full day at Pompeii instead.

It flowed nicely from the time we got into the bus till we got back to Rome..The day was beautiful and the guides were so knowledgeable and got everyone all gathered up with minimal fuss. John was great and the guide in Pompeii was the best. Thank you again for a great time. My family loved it.

Had a great experience with Enrica, she was lovely, had a lot of history to share throughout the bus ride and always made us laugh. She ensured we were on time to make the most of our tour.
