2-Park Hopper: Singapore Zoo + River Wonders Tickets

I was looking forward to the boat ride and when we arrived there it was not going. After walking around the zoo for hours I was waiting to relax on the boat.

We really enjoyed the zoo. It was our second time visiting however we did have problems with the ticket when entering the zoo. Although it showed up in our wallet as having been paid and the scan codes were clearly visible the venue insisted on PDF version of tickets. Which for some reason did not have a scan code in them therefore we had to escalate to a supervisor at the Zoo who was very helpful. . Offering this as information to the ticketing team just an observation about a glitch I'm sure can be fixed.

Despite the issues with the ticket for not receiving the QR wcode on time and not be able to purchase a second attraction due to not payment for credit card acceptance, the zoo was very kind and allowed us to enter without the tickets

Helpful staff, all animals were visible, lines moved quickly on tram ride, the animals looked well looked after which is important

I really like singapore zoo and river wonder, its a great experience. However, i didn't receive the ticket until i arrived at the zoo. Thanks to the head out customer service for helping me.

We loved the ease to purchase tickets and we loved the pandas the most! We had the best day!
