Old Town Trolley Tours: Savannah Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

I spent the day using the bus to get around town, so I had multiple drivers. All were very different but each very good. It was great to ride several stops and get off to shop or eat, or just stroll around and then catch another bus to continue the tour.

We enjoyed our experience with the Hop On & Hop Off Trolley! The driver were knowledgeable and entertaining. It awesome way to see Savannah and to get oriented with where some of the highlights & landmarks are located. It's also a wonderful opportunity to be able to get off and on at many of the places that are worth visiting. A great way to visit Savannah without wearing out your shoes.

The drivers were great! Funny, informative and so much fun! Recommend for anyone wanting to see a city the easy way! Well worth the money! Highly recommend!

I rode with 3 different conductors, very diffferent styles, but all were entertaining . I got little bits of tidbits from them so you could tell they aren't just reciting a memorized speil. Well worth the time and money.

The drivers were wonderful. Hopped on and Off 4x and each driver was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to Savannah.

TJ, our driver and tour guide was "Outstanding". His personality and knowledge of Savannah was over the top. If you could ever request a tour guide - ask for TJ.

Ticketing sone easily on the ap. Just showed it to driver each time we boarded after a hop off. Best way to get around Savannah with informative dialog from the drivers who were well studied in the history of the town.

Both of our tour guides were amazing!!! Chris and an older gentleman who led a tour on Friday 8/16 - both were so good! Tour was great- great price!

We enjoyed hearing about the history of the city. We did wish it didn't move quite so quickly. There were times we didn't even know which building or item was being talked about and did not have much time for pictures. We also waited a the trolley for quite some time at a few of the stops. A few more trolleys would be nice, if possible.

The tour buses were overcrowded and we wound up walking a lot. At one stop we had to wait for the fourth bus to come by before we could board.

The tour guides, Tony and Justice? Maybe ? Were great! They were informative and enthusiastic. I know how difficult it is to be constantly entertaining. My 95 year- old father and I had a great time !

It was very easy purchasing my tickets on line. I highly recommended riding the trolley. The drivers do a great job telling you about points of interest throughout the tour. It was also nice to be able to get off and look around when we wanted. We never had to wait long for another trolley to come.

Mel Bell is the best tour guide I have ever had and I have been on innumerable tours over many years. She is enthusiastic, engageng, informative and humorous. If all of your guides are like her you have a wonderful staff.

We had multiple drivers and the key to a good experience are the anecdotes and stories about the historic sites. One guide had remarkable personal experiences to enhance the experience.

Drivers / tour guides both interesting and entertaining. Plenty of busses on route. Never seemed to have to wait long for the next trolley.

Trolley was great. But dealing with you was a problem. Could not contact you for issue. Left message but never heard back

Head out left a bad taste in my mouth. I tried and tried to connect with your customer service and I was on hold until a recorded voice said everyone was busy and disconnected me. I did try the - we'll call you back option - and never got a call.

Phil was great!!! already miss him!! We got to see the sites, didn't need to walk for miles, and made the visit enjoyable.

Our driver/story teller was awesome - she did a great job - very informative and entertaining!
