It was a good way to see parts of the city but is flawed by not embracing technology for ticketing and information. With online ticketing there would be no need to good to station 1 to retrieve our 24 hour ticket. The guide was ok but the narrative was bland.

We enjoyed our day on the hop on hop off bus very much thank you. We spent the day on the garden route with stops at the central market, national museum and bird park. All were good with the bird park being our favourite. We found hop on hop off a great way to get around. The booking experience with Headout was fine. Efficient and easy. One bit of feedback. We arrived at the ticket kiosk 15 minutes early as advised. Staff were at the kiosk but it wasn't open. 5 minutes later the bus arrived. People started walking towards it, but couldn't enter because their tickets hadn't been issued! It was only then that the staff opened the kiosk. My advice is that if you tell customers to show up 15 minutes before departure, make sure the ticket kiosk is open at that time.

The garden course was way more interesting. Did not care for the city one. We drive in traffic and just saw buildings. It would have been good to be given some info on where were rather than just point oit the main stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No issues with welcoming and info provided

The city tour stopped several times for 10-15 minutes to give passers-by time to take photos... this was neither obvious nor desirable for us. Especially as the stops took place in the blazing sun. Anyone can get off and continue on the next bus🤷🏼 The dropdown points do not reflect the problems; there is a missing. Other

I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. I did the redline first, and then took an hour break for some refreshments and then did the green line. Great experience

This was ok, The buses are very old and there is no voice describing monuments by headphones, but it was a valid way to discover some hidden places of KL. Kind guys ticket checkers.

This my first time using a travel app. In terms of ticketing, it is simple and straightforward so i dont have any issues to buy tickets. Secondly, there are lots of travel experience offered in this app. My first travel using this app is sightseeing Kuala Lumpur by using Hop On Hop Off service. Its really an exciting and enjoyable experience I had during the trip. Will be looking forward to explore more travel experience with this app.

The bus route was well planned, and covered most of the popular tourist spots of KL. The bus was clean and comfortable.

It was only ok. No audio guide and not very good sound quality on the speakers. Difficult to understand. The city tour today was really slow , not because of traffic but the driver. A very underwhelming experience

I absolutely loved the seamless and hassle-free experience that Headout provided. From the moment I booked my activity, everything was smooth and well-organized. The ticketing process was a breeze, and the confirmation was instant, which gave me peace of mind knowing I was all set for my adventure.

We love about it because it comes frequently and don't have to wait too long for another bus. And they stop at all the highlight places in Kuala Lumpur

Hop-on and hop-off tour is a must do activity when visiting anywhere for the first time. The bus stops at most hot spots where we can get off.

Green tour super! The buses are very old and there is not the voice describing monuments by headphones, but it was a valid way to discover some hidden places of KL. Kind guys ticket checkers. Some girls are not kind at all. Globally good experience.

We hopped on several times and on most busses the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one lady had a dissapointing approach. The HOHO bus connects all of the main tourist attractions which is very handy. Only downside is the fact that the whole tour takes some time, making it a bit less efficient. Maybe it would be possible to provide more links (not just red/green tour)

Overall, it was great! It is a wonderful opportunity to see all the sights one day. There were some moments I did not like. Firstly, there were no announcements about the amount of time that the bus would stay on the stop, on some stations we stayed for 10 min, somewhere there were no stops at all, so we could not understand where we could go out and sit in the bus for that 10 min or more. Secondly, at the one station we were waiting for 30 min, then the bus came with a lot of people inside and we had to wait for 20 min again, so we wasted an hour for it. At third, we wanted to come to the station number 10 at the end of the day because it was so cute to ride in the bus, according to the map it is close to station 6, but than at the station 7 we heard that the 8 station would be the last but in it on the hill, not convenient for us to walk, so I was disappointed because it was better to leave the bus at station 6 if we had known the information about the last station earlier.

The buses are really really old and dusty and rickety and everything is clickety-clackety. Seats were literally broken. Like entirely detached from the floor bolts and just lying on the floor. Overcrowded with tourists blocking every inch of window space (because they are standing) I don't know how you guys let overcrowding happen in a double decker bus.... isn't that against safety standards? No queue management at the start point. Anyone can cut the queue and get on? What about the people who came first?
