So much to see? Nice staff. Loved every moment. We did get left at stop one. We were Not told when our last time to board. Luckily we could take the monorail back which added a little stress but we were able to get back to our hotel with the help of lovely residences who were willing to help us take the correct path. Thank you all! Worth every ringett! :-)

Nothing loving about the experience, bus driver was rude and did not obliged to drop us nearer to hotel where we stopped at a signal light. He dropped us 3 km away.
Even in country like US the drivers understand logistics problems and oblige stopping nearest point.

The air-conditioned area was nice.
We didn't like the frequency of the buses, we sometimes had to wait more than 30 minutes for the next bus. The information about the sights was very limited and the two ladies (guides) were very difficult to understand.

Trip was ok, commentary hard to understand, I mistakenly booked for the day after I wanted to take the tour and couldn't change it so I had to pay twice, you should be able to reschedule if you do it within an hour of booking

Firstly the city tour and understanding was left to the map handed over, briefing by the crew could have been more clear. The essence of such tours is understanding the city.
The upper floor door of the bus we embarked was broken , it kept opening and closing as the bus moved, it could have easily injured someone.Please get it fixed.
A bottle of water for passengers is the least which can be added.

It was a great way to get around the city and see the sights and culture. Very simple process of purchasing tickets and very reasonably priced, I would most definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Kaula Lumpur

Quite a good way to see around Kuala Lumphur. I think we should have tried the night experience rather than during the day. I'm being asked to select something negative about my review to proceed. Nothing wrong with the trip at all, just the night tour would have been better I think.

The info narration was sparse to non existent and thick accents and talking quickly was hard to understand.
People whose English is not their first language would stand no hope of understanding.
Better to have it recorded like other hop on hop off buses.

There was some nice places to see but the commentary missed a lot of places in between and by time you see them too late to take a picture.
I would have liked to go around twice to see what's what and then get on off, in a day but some stops the driver had to wait so there was no way I could have done what I needed in the day, even with some extra hrs next days - I wouldn't get back on ticket. 24hrs should have been enough time but it really wasn't because buses were slow and lost a fair bit of time.

The two routes provide access to the most interesting places in the city, but on some of the buses you cannot hear the audio on the upper floor

It was great, I enjoyed alot there were two routes one was green and the other was red. There were so many stops so many plces to see and visit but we couldn't as there was not much time , I regret that I didn't buyed 2 days HOHO tickets.

It could be good to have commentaries with earsets and buses could be more clean.

Ticketing experience with Headout was very easy. It is the best way to sample the sights of KL if your time is tight. Equal to the HOHO experience in New York and Europe.

The tour was ok, but the first bus drove past us, no door was opened. The ticket seller at the station didn't do anything either. Just said we were too late.
So always jump straight to the door, otherwise you're out of luck.
The announcements were rather difficult to understand, this was due to the echo effect and varied from bus to bus.
Overall, you can get an overview of the city, but otherwise it's not very informative.

The green routes is good
However due to road closer within red routes,some of road can't be treasure.the night tour can be upgraded to more to trips because it have more demand due to weather of Malaysia that is hot on day tour

Easy to hop on/off and we saw some places we may never have found. Bus sometimes takes a long route around the block at some drop offs.

The wait time is really irregular and when the bus arrives it is really busy with no seats. Perhaps adding additional buses would help. Also, the interchange stop is chaotic with people barging past everyone and no control is exercised, you need to organise a queuing system to maintain control. We only did the one route as it was impossible to get on a bus amid the chaos.
