We were lucky enough to have a French-speaking guide (not originally planned), as there were many of us. It was Augustin who guided us with brio and humor. He taught us so much about the history of Naples! The little story within the big story, full of anecdotes. A must-do

The fourth different Naples Underground. The third in enjoyment. It showed un the Watrime experience which I had not experienced on the others.

It's not the first one I've done ....always very fascinating and exciting story of the redevelopment over the years of these underground wells

The whole guided tour was just above and beyond, our guide Augustin has really great sense of humor, he could make it more understandable what happend deeply under ground. Great atmosphere, superb guide, recommended!!

Really fascinating tour of underground passages and spaces beneath Naples, with entertaining and informative guide. Some passages a pretty tight (speaking as a 6'3 person) but managable. There are also more easily navigable options for people who need/prefer them. Went with kids (7, 12 and 14) and they found it absorbing and fun. Can sometimes be a bit hard to hear with echos/noise from other groups, but only occasionally. Ordering tickets through Headout was straightforward - we arrived at the entrance about 15min early which made checking details etc easy - looked a bit hectic for those who arrived in the last 5min or so, with multiple tours starting. Very friendly staff and guides - grazie!

The guide of the introduction at the beginning, as the guide of the whole tour, exceptional. Very dynamic and interesting. 100% recommended

I liked how Massimo was able to transmit what happened in that shelter during the war, the previous history and the note of humor that he put in the explanations. We had a great time! An experience to repeat

The guide was interesting, with anecdotes about the various rooms. It's an unusual visit to discover this underground passageway where Neapolitans hid during the war.

All worked out well the guide was very animated. He was able to share interesting information. Tickets were bought on line which was quick and easy.
