St. Mark's Basilica Skip-the-Line Tickets with Audio Guide

Quick and easy access to the Basilica. Use of the application on mobile really simple and effective. I highly recommend the experience.

It would be good if the description was also in German. Then I would have understood better how to collect the tickets. But everything was also possible in English.

We particularly enjoyed our visit to the gallery and museum. The view from the balcony of St. Mark's Cathedral was also worth seeing. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. It rained heavily the whole day.

One of the most impressive churches I have ever seen. It is so magnificently decorated. A real must-see when visiting Venice.

Easy directions to find meeting spot to collect tickets using google maps, staff there really helpful with downloaded audio guide. Basilica was well worth a visit,stunning building inside and out. Easy to access with skip the line tickets as they have a separate entrance. We hadn't booked the museum and viewing platform but can pay €7 while there, worth the extra as it has great views of the inside the Basilica and outside of St Marks Square.

The Basilica is very beautiful and worth seeing!!!! What gave us the most difficulty, was to validate the entrance tickets... After we went to the entrance in the basilica, we were returned to find the office to validate. Quite a complicated address.

A must-see. Not to be described.

Easy booking for last minute tickets and easy pick up at the tour office about 5-8 minute walk from st mark's.

We didn't have to queue up at the ticket counter s. Zachariasen an employee actively approached us and issued us the tickets.

I couldn't use the audio guide for the interior of the church. That was stupid. Also, my headphones didn't connect.

Venice is always Venice whenever you visit. Purchasing tickets with Headout was very positive; the ticket office is located a few dozen meters from the basilica.

Skip the line tickets are the best. Separate entrance with no line. Once inside though you're with everyone else and very crowded.

Once inside the enclosure, after paying 20 € for the entrance, you had to pay again for other visits inside the basilica, this information was not known before entering the enclosure. The visit is totally saturated and this does not make it completely satisfactory.

Overall, we are glad we booked skip the line tickets with an audio guide, but I would likely book skip the line tickets with the venue directly in the future, knowing they often have QR codes to purchase these tickets on site. Our biggest frustration was that the instructions were not clear- I downloaded the Headout app and had access to what I thought were our tickets. This was a voucher and not a ticket, explained by the venue. There was confusion to where we received the audio guide too- the venue said many tour groups meet in a specific area and you receive the audio with the guide. It wasn't clear that we need to download another app that required a user name/passcode. We were frustrated that we may not be able to use our tickets and see the attraction we were hoping to see. We contacted customer service and the assistant was very helpful and able to text the tickets to my phone and a link to the audio guide app with user name/passcode. The audio guide provided a great amound of history and detail but it wasn't entirely clear where we should be standing inside the venue to see what we were learning about.

The building was beautiful. The audio guide was useless as it stopped working when signal not available. The written commentary was poor. I expected a much better quality for the price I paid. I would not recommend it.

The skip the line ticket was great, the audio guide not so much. Spend the extra $7 inside to visit the museum. Money well spent and you walk out in the balconies.
