Illuseum Berlin Tickets

The staff were very nice and happy to help. Some rooms and attractions were incredibly beautiful, others were a bit boring. Despite all this, we really enjoyed it and spent over 1 1/2 hours there!

A great museum for almost all ages to marvel at and try out. You can get through it in about 1 hour. But it seemed longer to us. The staff there are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. We took some great and funny photos. I can only recommend it to everyone

The staff were very friendly and helpful, took some photos for us , so that we got the full experience. We really enjoyed our time there, would have liked the illusion centre to be bigger, with more experiences.

Great museum with lots of interesting departments and information. I would love to come back.

It's a very small exhibition, so I think the prices are too high. The staff were friendly, the exhibition was good but short.

As we were there on a Thursday, there was no waiting time. It was super fun and interesting. An employee called Sofia was also very nice. She explained some of the "specials" to us in a very friendly and nice way. Thank you for that!

We had booked our tickets online beforehand. As Berlin was on vacation, it was pretty full. We liked the exhibition. Unfortunately, we could hardly take any photos due to the crowds. It was just too crowded for that and the visitors weren't very considerate. The cramped conditions in the checkroom were particularly bad.

The good organization of the whole, the interesting presentation and the possibility for the Haranwachsenden to open up different areas themselves.

The illusions were nicely done, but in far too small a space. Time slot booked,still way too full to take nice photos and enjoy the experience. Too little wardrobe.

Easy entry thanks to the QR codes. Museum could be explored independently, you can stay as long as you like. However, we imagined it would be bigger and more comprehensive. You can do it sometime.

Uncomplicated access to the museum via online booking, acceptable number of visitors in terms of using the facilities available on site, reasonable value for money, a great event for us as a small family target group with a 10-year-old schoolchild. Highly recommended!

It was cool, lots of fun photos taken. Nice experience, only drawback it's quite small so you're through in 20-30 minutes. All in all, a recommendable family outing.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We got soooo great pictures. The visit was well worth it. We will be back.

The whole exhibition is worth seeing. The time required is short, as it is small and manageable, and we had no waiting time thanks to the online tickets.

Nothing it was largely forgettable. For a museum that had reserved time slots it was very crowded. The attractions were small, and people were packed around them.

the exhibits were great. but far too many people were allowed in at the same time. we couldn't really enjoy the visit. couldn't take any photos because there were so many people standing around. what a shame.

And we enjoyed our entire stay. We were fascinated and surprised by the exhibition. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people in a small space. The volume was a bit exhausting.

All the attractions on offer there are SUPER! Of course we used and tried out all the interactive installations! I was there with my two grandchildren, aged ten and 11, and as a grandpa I really enjoyed seeing how they enjoyed themselves!!! They both took dozens of photos and reported back to the family in the evening with lots of fun and pride. Buying tickets online was great: there was no queue at check-in and in the exhibition! Many thanks for this highlight!

Everything... the staff was very nice and helpful. Our questions were answered well🙂. We had a lot of fun and the illusions were very cool😃👍🏻. We still can't explain some of the illusions🤔nevertheless it was great.
