The pass does not work anywhere. I expect a refund of the price. Only the Amazung pass is accepted in Osaka. The Epass nowhere. We were very annoyed and had to pay everywhere. Please refund the ticket price immediately.

It would be better if the places that is within your e pass has detailed direction on how to access. Dont give us the name of the place only. Please it would be better if it goes like this:
For Umeda Sky the best route is this . Or that .
For Glion museum the best route is that this . .
Detailed information because its really time consuming if it will be in our side whose doing the research on how to get there.. . .
