Montserrat Monastery with Black Madonna Access & Audio Guide

It was easy to buy tickets via Headout. And the tips about ticket redemption, etc made things easy. We didnt know untill we arrived at Montserrat that two other tickets were included in the bundle. One was for the museum which was lovely and the other was for an audio/video presentation accessed through the gift store And of course the mountains, church and Black Madona were amazing

Ticketing was awesome and so easy to do. The Monastry has so mich more to experience, we highly recommend a visit

Using the train was easy,and the ticketing at Montserrat well organised

The operation of everything , as scheduled , we did . Too bad we did not have the whole day but we took advantage of 5 intense hours.

Was surprising and very beautiful But we were finally a little late We'll come again next year And drive there and then we'll take the gondola and that other train to the top Only the train from Barcelona to the other train very boring

The ticketing process was confusing when I booked with you. When asking the timing I thought when we wanted to start the trip from Barcelona. Tried changing it but would not let me. I called Headout and you did not allow me to change it. We went to the place to get tickets for train in Barcelona. It was confusing of where the ticket office was. Plus the people at the ticket office were rude and did not say what they wanted from us and spoke Spanish to each other so we could not understand what they were saying. We finally got to Monserrat and the staff there was very helpful and explained everything to us.

A very nice experience, the black Madonna viewing was very quick and after it further viewing the church. The museum that is right next to the church was also top especially that the audio devices worked there too. Also nice for children to do

Site visit was good, the train was a mess and the small tot train also had limited seats! I did NOT like to fight for a seat both up and down to Monserrat! Don't oversell!

everything went very smoothly except our start. There was a misunderstanding regarding our transfer from the train to our next means of transportation. We thought that the cable car was included in our ticket,we got off there.Along with many others.Turned out we were wrong.We had to buy an additional cable car ticket.The return trip went fine after we let the Info help us.Maybe a tip for the future.

Easy access to tickets, process was very well documented and easy! If anyone has time on their visit to Barcelona, I'd highly recommend getting out of the city for the day to experience this amazing place, the views are incredible, we spent a good 2-3 hours wandering in the hills of Monserrate.
