I tried to cancel right away and spent hours trying to get a refund but was denied. The description didn't say anything about having to take a boat or plane to get to the meeting point!!! I looked up things to do in Kuala Lumpur and this came up. Very misleading

It was very great experience, the driver reached on time and picked us up from the hotel, and then we had a sea tour by the boat with other passengers to see the crocodile island, feeding the eagle, swim on the beach and sea pregnant island.
