Round-Trip Cable Car Tickets to Schilthorn from Mürren or Stechelberg

I reported the same already. We - 4 of us - were denied entry because the tickets all showed the same scan code. So lame... =_=

I purchased two tickets and when we took the cable car up to try to get to schilthorn they told us the restaurant was closed due to a storm and we were unable to finish the journey to the top. They knew the restraurant was closed the day before from the storm but never put anything on there website saying that. So now im out my money and didnt get to experience what I wanted

The QR code on my tickets did not work. They have to scan your ticket to enter each cable car, and it was a complete mess and confusion each time. Very disappointing and made the day very stressful.

We purchased our tickets for March 14, and when we used the tickets in the app, they didn't work. Wouldn't scan. Such a headache the whole day. Then at 9:00 at night on the 14th, we get a text from you saying our tickets are ready??? So you guys activated them a day late?? That's horrible service.

It was great - I highly recommend Schiltorn and Piz Gloria!

Nothing. I bought tickets and was denied entrace due to cancelation for the whole day. I didnt get to use my ticket at all. I spent 2.5+ hours traveling just to be denied entry. Paid so much money for these tickets and no advance notice of closing.

Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de faire 2 heures de queue pour faire passer les candidats de la course inferno. Les candidats passer leur temps à doubler la queue de descente au niveau de pia gloria pour prendre le téléphérique et le service d'assistance a refusé d intervenir. Par ailleurs, nous avons été très choqué de voir certains candidats de la course inferno se déshabiller nu pour se changer dans le Schiltorn en public, c'est vraiment scandaleux cette organisation.
