The tickets were only available to convert in odawara and the office closed at 16:30 and we arived at 18:30 so we had to go to hakune and back in the morning again. Why we could not convert at the hakuna turist office? Why the odawara office close so erly?

The electronic voucher needs to be changed to a paper ticket ONLY at three stations which is very very very inconvenient especially if you are in the middle of Hakone.

The pass that I recieved expired and did not work. I bought it the night before and set the date as the next day. I had to buy another one by hand and I will be doing that from now on. The experience was frustrating and not helpful.
I tried to reach out to support team and they were not helpful and could connect to any personnel.
