I thought the Palace was "wow" but it's not. It's beautiful, well preserved inside, with some parts under renovation, but the outside needs maintenance. Difficult to access.

The facilities and exhibits are very nice. The treatment of visitors is unbeatable. Overall, it has been a very pleasant and memorable family experience.

Far too many people allowed in at the same time . Staff miserable and at times hostile I only asked where the toilet was . Simple question . No need for rudeness at that point - wished I'd p---- over his feet now . Shame .Sintra is fascinating . Had to pee in the bushes as he wouldn't let me in even though I could see it !

It was difficult to distinguish between entrance and transport ticket! SonInhad to buy a additionl ticket for the transportation ! Timeslot was perfect ! Kind regards

The staff was very helpful (they allowed us to enter even though we were late for our visit), the castle is well-kept, and the gardens are very well maintained, filled with exotic plant species

Lots of queues. It is not well indicated what and how you should visit things. The staff is not very friendly at the entrance of the queue to the palace. Toilets very dirty.

Beautiful experience. Very beautiful gardens and the palace is extremely beautiful... Architecture and historical review very complete and interesting. 100% recommendable experience...

Convenient to buy tickets online in advance. We didn't understand why we bought tickets for the shuttle. The explanations weren't there. Far too many groups for the tour, and the guides were bottling up. Poor directions for the park. The palace is magnificent. The coffee maker is practical.

I did not expect how crowded the tour and palace would be. I wish the park board would decrease the amount of tickets per time block so that guests were not shoulder-to-shoulder for the whole experince.

The venue was not very organized. We were not sure which line up we supposed to be in and I had ask staff where we should be for our timed entrance. There was only 1 sign for a specific timed entrance directly at the entrance point. There were no other signs leading up to the entrance and no indication where people should be for the next timed entrance. We were not the only ones who found the whole experience rather chaotic. Went to the restaurant for a bite to eat but there was only a couple of pastries left, no food or soup. Only one staff person at the restaurant. Perhaps there were too many people for the amount of staff on duty. The venue itself was very interesting but it was just too crowded so it was not as enjoyable as it could have been.

We thought the visit to the castle was longer, more of a wait than a visit to the castle. Still, it's a beautiful sight to see, with great views.

It was a really convenient way to get last minute tickets. I bought them in the taxi on the way to to the palace. It took just a couple of minutes to get the bar coded tickets. When we arrived, we were able to skip the lines and went straight tothe shuttle that took us up to the palace.

It was totally overrun with tourists. You were literally pushed forward inside the palace because it was so crowded! You couldn't look at anything individually because the crowd pushed you forward. And at the end of October! Unfortunately not to be recommended!

Sintra is fascinating, Regaleira and Pena Palace and their respective gardens are amazing, peaceful and enchanting. It's an incredible experience!! Do not loose it! Trains from Rossio station in Lisbon every 30/40 minutes. In less than an hour, you Will be enjoying the magic of Sintra The experience with Headout was totally correct

Great place but pity about the weather. Palace in the clouds. Very interesting tour but lighting needs to be improved as too bright in places. Bad choice of lights

The ticket purchase and admission was fine but the venue was not what we expected. Algae on the walls made the palace appear dirty, crowds were intense such that the tour was a snails pace crawl. It was cloudy so there were no views.

Tickets and purchases were great. Parking and understanding where to go when we were there was a bit confusing. The bus up to palace also was congested. Should have more buses operating. The palace was amazing.

Tickets process was easy to follow. Suggest there are better ways/information for guiding toursits with children on how to access the palace especially where there are wheelchair/stroller routes available.

The palace was beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly. We had some trouble with our tuk tuk on the way there that caused us to be late, but your staff still allowed us to join the queue and made us comfortable.

Loved the palace - it was beautiful! Didn't like the crowds, but I can see why people come, and it was still worth doing. There is a lovely walk up/down from the town through the forest.
