Been very stressful with hiccups in communication via email and WhatsApp to confirm our hotel drop off back to our hotel. Headout confirmed that our booking with hotel transfer including hotel drop off. Then the partner Gray Line said otherwise. They said they only drop off at Deira. It shouldn't be that way. You may want to relook what you offered. If hotel transfer does not including hotel drop off, please don't include that in the package description. Otherwise the tour itself is quite cool. The guide is helpful and friendly too.

I enjoyed the Jumeirah Beach photo stop, it was a great opportunity to see the beautiful coastline of Dubai and it was a great photo opportunity

The Gold Souq was a highlight for me, as it gave me a chance to see the traditional side of Dubai and shop for unique souvenirs.
