Burj Khalifa At The Top Tickets: SKY Level 148, 124 & 125 Access with Refreshments

It was a wonderful experience. It was a great experience to learn how this colossal structure was built and to watch the whole of Duban from the 148th floor. The snacks and professionalism inside was admirable.

It was good to see the city from such a great vantage point. It would be good if the guide went up to the top floor and pointed out the major landmarks and buildings for those interested in more detail

Breathtaking experience, you will never get to see this anywhere else. Staff was very kind and friendly. We also had some drinks included what made our visit even better!

It was too crowded not place to sit, some people keep the couch occupied several times and for the other people not place to stay

Everyone knows Burj Khalifa is amazing and would give amazing views. Highly recommend the upgrade to Sky Level tickets. Well worth fast tracking all the queues in and out 👍🏽

the process of buying tickets was easy. But we did not understand at first where to exchange electronic tickets for paper ones. When we approached the entrance to Burj Khalifa from Dubai Mall, one security wanted to send us to the end of the line, which was 100 meters. Then another security sent us to the line where there was a fast track and there were no people. we changed tickets, but then waited until we were picked up from the Lounge. It is bad that there are no toilets downstairs and the nearest toilet is only upstairs, and only 1 cabin for men and 1 cabin for women. There was a big queue. Well, in general, we ran upstairs very quickly, but it was nice that we bought a fast track, because other people were waiting in a line that was literally a kilometer or more ... In general, everything was fine) but there were a lot of people)

The staff are top notch, we did 148 and had queue-cutting access which gave us access without waiting to the elevators to and from the Burj, saving us an hour's time.

Overall experience was awesome. Such an impressive building and service including coffee and cakes at top was appreciated.

Fast tracked to 148th floor.. refresements offered, relaxed and enjoyed the sunset. Would suggest to visit around 4-5pm. Less crowded than the usual 125th & 124th floor.

the accuracy and punctuality as well as the courtesy of the staff and enjoyed the aperitif served in the sunset lounge, unfortunately there was some haze on the horizone, and the skyline from that height

Exclusive access you floors, without too many people, makes it so that you can enjoy the view from Burj Kalifha. Although we had priority tickets they made us wait in line, I didn't like it

The view was beautiful, but the price of the ticket is way too much ! 500 dirham is too much for a relative short time .

The views that we observed of Dubai were amazing. It is a must see for anyone visiting Dubai. However we paid the extra because the description for this ticket said we would bypass the crowds also skip the queues for the security check and the queues for the elevator. This was far from the truth we were part of a crowd and had to queue for everything. Once in the elevator that's where the escorted tour ended we were left to do our own thing and had to find our own way around. Including how to go to the next floors and then how to exit the building. The spectacular views made it a good experience.

Really high and great view. Evening hours are recommended. We missed the sunset, but it was good anyway. The fountain looks really cool from up there.

My expierience started when I had to show my ticket at the front desk, east european blond girl, was very rude, talking to me like I'm stupid. I did not appreciate that, all that because I didn't download the app which have QR code. I have rapport her to Burj Al Arab hotel too. 124-125 floor stink of sweat, overcrowded Stuff on 125-124 floor are stressed and not happy, they talking and treating visitors like they have to not because they want to. Good service on 148 with refreshments, and much more enjoyable.

Buj kalifa spectacular. Fast entry , we had the sky vip . Good experience. I would definitely use this method again to get tickets.

We had a fantastic time at The Burj Kalifa tour, being able to skip the lines and having lift priority meant we had more time to enjoy the experience from start to finish. The guides were friendly and informative, I would highly recommend it.
