Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo with Penguin Cove Tickets

A very nice experience. Mohammed who was with us throughout the journey was not only doing his job but made us feel welcome, appreciated, always a smile and joking around. He was more like a friend than a tour guide. Perfect!!!

We liked the aquarium and the zoo. Also we benefited from the 20 AED discount at the gift shop. The information about this discount was somehow unclear, because at some point it said that the discount should be used at the aquarium's restaurant, not the gift shop.

Ticketing experience overall was excellent. The mall and underwater museum were also excellent. The Burj Khalifa was very disappointing. Endless waiting and lines. Paid premium for sunset and missed it completely. This should have mentioned. Desert Safari was excellent.

I recently visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall, and it was amazing! The Glass Tunnel was definitely the highlight—walking through it felt like being underwater, with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around me. The aquarium is huge, and I loved seeing all the marine life up close. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo had a variety of ecosystems, from rainforest animals like piranhas to desert species like the Arabian Oryx. It was so interesting to learn about marine conservation through the interactive exhibits. For a bit of fun, I did the Glass-Bottom Boat Ride, which gave me a unique view of the underwater world without getting wet. The experience was educational, immersive, and just plain cool.

I went first to aquarium and it was very well organised but then stayed about 3 hours at queue to the Top and fully tired when was at top.

We took the Burj Khalifa aquarium and desert combo. All the activities were great! I recommend the Burj Khalifa and the desert above all, we had a great guide throughout our journey. Thank you Fahad for this experience

the store did not allow us to claim 20AED discount stating that it is not mentioned on the voucher. took us some 30 minutes to sort this out and have them call few folks to verify. good to have this information mentioned on the vocher itself.

Very easy process to use the combo tickets i bought, told staff about headout ticket and they knew what to do straightaway, I had no issues whatsoever. With the combos deal and the added voucher code for further discount, it was a much better price in total. Saved in total 30%. Would definitely use again expecially to save money.

The aquarium in the Dubai Mall is well worth a visit. There is so much to discover and marvel at. We like to go there again and again.

It was amazing firstly the view from the Mall at the aquarium & then walking through the tunnel, we then saw loads ranging from parrots & penguins to crocodiles we loved it

Penguin cave is very nice, Wonderful design of aquarium is mesmerizing tour to see different types of creatures at one place, never miss tourist pot of Dubai

Smooth ticking through Headout app and the awesome aquatic life. Pre-book through Headout App for a smooth entry and Aquarium is a must have experience.

The staff /guides were all great in giving explanations about the fishes and animals from the aquarium. The paths were easy to follow and we really enjoyed visiting the aquarium.

As underwater zoo and aquarium is inside the mall it is very small compared to the price with in 45 mins you can complete the visit. Aquarium is 10Meter walk inside the tunel and few more excebits on the 2nd floor. People working there are so friendly and charming.. Good place to spend for an hour.

It was not clearly described/marked where the tour starts and where it ends. This created false expectations: 1. start of the tour in the aquarium, but then no indication of where the tour continues (on the 2nd floor). 2. no clear directions/tour on the 2nd floor. Arrows on the floor would have made the tour easier. At every second gate it said "exit" which implies the expectation that this is the exit before the tour is over. A different name would be more appropriate here (e.g. proceeed tour). You get lost too quickly in the various rooms.

Online preservation was very convenient. We didn't have to wait. Our favorite part was the tunnel in the aquarium and the crocodiles!
