Great tour to get your bearings. Buying tickets online was a nightmare as I couldn't access the QR code without internet ( despite downloading the Headout app) . It would have been easier to pay at the bus stop!

A really interesting bus route that gave us a good look around the city of Istanbul having just arrived the day before. Hot weather & sitting in the sun for long periods at each stop detracted from the trip experience, but we had hats, water & sunscreen.

It was a lovely cruise and entertainment not sure about the belly dancing segment was expecting mire belly dancing than hair tossing. This was the meal provided.

Best way to explore istanbul city sightseeing and hop on hop off

Almost everything was very good, the only problem we had was that the headphones gave small electric shocks so it was uncomfortable to use them at times.

The experience ws ok, but audio wasn't as informative as Hop-On Hop-Off tours I have done in other cities. No anecdotal commentary on the country's culture and people. No announcements for "get off here to see X, Y, Z", etc.

Everything went smoothly from booking to the experience. We always try to do the Hop-on Hop-off bus in every new city to get an overview. Istanbul did not disappoint.

We love this experience, we see some of the most important sights in Instabul and we found explaining in greeks that you doesn't say that it was included and the greeks as language.. We had the combo with the boat and was a very nice experience bothering.

the tour was interesting having included all the highlights of the city. Also, I must say that I appreciated the helpfulness ON THE PLACE of accepting my ticket that erroneously I had purchased with a date prior to my arrival. Veramehte very kind

Saw a lot of the city and commentary very informative. Only negative was the bus at 10 am had a problem and next one was one and a half hours later. A good way to see main sights of Istanbul

A lot of waiting - timetables listed were not adheared to, which required us to spend a lot of money on an uber from the Asia side to get back rather than wait in the side of the road for one hour. The mentioned boat tour that was included did not exist. Otherwise the tour audio and ride was pleasant.

Certainly an easy and relaxing way to discover Istanbul, with many of the main sites covered through the extensive drop off points. The audio guide which was both informative and interesting, gave deeper insights into each region Would highly recommend.

It was a good way to see and learn about the main sites. Traffic was very busy, so the route took a long time, and sometimes seemed to stop for quite a while at the different stops.

The bus ride was ok, average. Nothing exciting. I was staying at the Novotel hotel, right near bus stop 4 yet I felt that I had to go to the joining point to pick up the first bus of the day (40 mins walk). I couldn't see the various hop on hop off points on any of the information about the bus. The second issue I had was with the boat ride. Only 2 per day, if you go on the 10:00 bus, you miss the connection for the 12:00 boat and you have to wait until 16:00 for the second boat. I honestly believed that there would be more frequent boats. The staff at the joining bus stop in the square were very unhelpful when I asked about the boat - it's a different company but as a customer - we buy a combined package. There are other boat companies which are cheaper and offer more flexibility- we live and learn.

Worked wonderfully, frequency of 45 min or longer (traffic jam) is a bit long, great driver, pays off in any case to get a first good overview of Istanbul, 1 day is enough, all sights are also easily accessible by streetcar and bus

As a Dane but picking The English version The audio was speaking Too Quickly to understand. At The same time The Music was Too loud.

Hi! We really enjoyed the experience, the only bad thing is that in several places the Spanish channel was not working, I wish they would check it.

I liked it overall, a bit more recommendations what to do at the single stops would be helpful though. Otherwise a good way to explore the city!

Very practical and with a great tour. However, avoid the last departure as this is the time of very heavy traffic.
